Safiyya Vorajee hard launches her new man with loved up snap after meeting in Bali - just weeks after her ex Ashley Cain was sacked for historic misogynistic tweets

Ashley Cain's ex-girlfriend, Safiyya Vorajee, has hard launched her new romance just weeks after her former flame was sensationally axed by the BBC, for his historic misogynist tweets.

Taking to Instagram, Safiyya, 38, proudly showed off her new man as she shared a snap of the pair embraced in a kiss inside a restaurant.

Sharing an insight as to how they met, she penned: 'Happy the universe changed my direction from Thailand to Bali.

'In a world that's so big we met exactly where we was meant to feel so happy.

'God always gets the timing right. Trust in him always. The most magical connection when you feel it in your soul.'

The beautician who hails from Birmingham has just returned from a sun-soaked trip to Bali where she has been keeping her followers up to speed on her adventures. 

She then posted a photo from the bar on the plane as she returned to England in first-class, and wrote: 'Thank you God for the blessings that are coming my way.'

The beauty entrepreneur recently spent several weeks on an extended solo trip to Bali from April to July, where she focused on self-discovery and her love of exercise.

During this time, she even uploaded an eye-catching bikini shot from the beach and tellingly captioned it, 'Please be picky everything you want exists,' followed by a mic drop emoji.

Safiyya also took to Instagram to reflect on her trip as she told fans she feels she is entering a new chapter. 

She wrote: 'Bali, Bali, Bali… This place has become home to a part of me I thought I’d lost forever.

'The beauty, the people, the energy… it’s impossible to put into words. There’s something so magical here that has healed parts of my soul I didn’t even realise were still hurting.

'I’ve grown so much. My nervous system has finally experienced what real calm feels like. I’ve let my guard down, allowed myself to be vulnerable, and in doing that, I’ve found friendships and connections that have changed me forever.

'I spent so many years being a prisoner to my own mind, convincing myself it was safer not to let people in. But all that ever did was keep me from my own happiness. Not anymore.

'For the first time in a long time, I’m choosing me. I’m choosing peace. I’m choosing joy. I’m choosing to believe that life still has beautiful chapters waiting for me.

Bali isn’t just a destination… It’s a feeling. And somehow, it reminded me who I was before the world broke my heart. The next chapter is coming and this one feels exciting.'

It has been a challenging few years for Safiyya, who welcomed her beautiful daughter, Azaylia, with ex-partner Ashley in August 2020.

However, their worlds were turned upside down when she tragically passed away from leukaemia in April 2021 at the age of eight months.

To add Ashley said he 'cannot change his past' after his history of misogynistic tweets and claims of misconduct resurfaced in June.

The Ex On The Beach star, 35, has come under fire after it emerged that he'd made social media posts calling women 's**gs', 's**ts' and 'psychos', on his X account, which has since been taken down.

The former footballer has since been sacked by the BBC and the Daily Mail revealed that he has also been dropped by his management.

Moreover, in an Instagram statement, he took accountability for his actions as he said he 'doesn't condone' his past behaviour.

In a lengthy statement he began: 'To my community, You may have seen a recent article concerning language I used many years ago that I am not proud of. I don't deny it. I don't excuse it. And I certainly don't condone it.

'The truth is that these comments were made over a decade ago by a younger version of myself who still had a lot of growing up to do. I cannot change the past, and truthfully, I have never tried to hide from it.

'I have always believed that accountability matters. We should all take responsibility for our actions, good or bad. 

'But I also believe in growth, in learning from our mistakes, and in proving through our actions that the person we once were does not have to be the person we remain.'
