Roxy Jacenko had her bare skin on show as she jetted back into Sydney on Wednesday.

The 45-year-old was fresh-faced and makeup-free as she left the terminal at Sydney Airport with a very pricey designer suitcase in tow.

The PR maven wheeled along the Dior and Rimowa Carry-On Suitcase, which sells for over $5,000.

Travelling in both style and comfort, Roxy donned a pair of $2,000 Nike x Off-White sneakers and a $170 ALO sweatshirt.

She completed the look with a pair of leggings and pulled her blonde hair off her face, allowing her natural beauty to shine.

Roxy, who is rarely out in public without a full face of makeup, showed off her largely line-free porcelain skin.

The blonde beauty, who says she now weighs 46 kg after kicking off a wellness journey last year, says she sticks to a strict regime.

Each day, Roxy says she would have two 'skim piccolos before 11 am', before eating a peeled grapefruit and drinking a green juice later on.

She then 'fasts' until she has dinner at 6pm, saying that if she does get 'hungry during the day', then she has a banana and two slices of Vegemite toast.

For dinner, the mother-of-two consumes a chicken and Greek salad before devouring a fun-size packet of 'mini M&Ms every single night' for dessert.

As for her exercise regime, Roxy keeps it light with 45 minutes of 'brisk walking' every Monday through Friday.

She has also spent the last seven days going to Reset Studio in Double Bay for 'contrast therapy' and three instances of 'red light therapy'.

According to the Reset Studio website, contrast therapy involves 'blending a traditional cedar sauna, ice bath and vitamin C-infused shower in a private suite'.

Red light therapy is meant to re-energise and rejuvenate the body through red light exposure to improve skin, aid muscle recovery, and reduce inflammation.

Speaking about her beauty secrets in the past, Roxy admitted she's seen a 'huge improvement' in her skin since she's started using Enjo's Seamless makeup remover discs, which only require water to remove her makeup.

'I also spritz L'Occitane Immortelle Precious Mist on my skin and finish with a generous layer of a new moisturiser VE+ from DU'IT,' she told Daily Mail.

Roxy added that once a week, she'll use a 'deep hydrating face mask from Dr Dr Barbara Sturm', which helps with 'my rosacea'.

'Dr Natasha Cook's concentrated spot destroyer is a miracle if you have a spot that appears, too,' Roxy added.

'To ensure I'm nicely tanned year round I'll also use fake tan twice a week.'

Roxy said that she's 'not very experimental' when it comes to skin treatments.

'I'm obsessed with the Hollywood Laser Peel by Dr Natasha Cook at her Darlinghurst Dermatology clinic,' she said.

Roxy elaborated by saying that 'I swear by it because it stimulates collagen production, improves skin elasticity and helps with pigmentation'.
