The business management company RJ Mitte blamed for stealing his Breaking Bad fortune can be revealed by the Daily Mail, which has obtained an explosive police report.
It comes after the actor made similar claims in 2025 on the Iced Coffee Hour podcast, where he did not name the business manager but alleged he had lost money.
Mitte, who died by suicide on October 12, had hired Harrison Business Management (HBM) in 2011 at the height of his Breaking Bad fame to handle every aspect of his finances, including his acting earnings, bills and taxes, according to the police report.
But by September 2015, the arrangement had soured so badly that the actor and his mom, Dyna Mitte, filed a theft complaint with the Santa Monica Police Department.
Detective Richard Elias recorded the allegation as 'Theft/Other' involving a 'known suspect' accused of 'stealing money' from a business client.
However, there's no indication that any criminal charges were filed against accountant Lisa Harrison, the owner and operator of HBM.
The mother of RJ Mitte had accused a business run by his former business manager Lisa Harrison of stealing the late actor's earnings at the height of his Breaking Bad fame, according to an explosive police report unearthed by the Daily Mail

Mitte, an actor and disability rights activist who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at age three, was found dead at his Brownsville, Texas, home last Monday.
The 34-year-old was best known for playing Walter White Jr in Breaking Bad, and multiple sources with knowledge of the late actor's affairs told the Daily Mail that Harrison was handling his finances during the final seasons of the Emmy-winning series, which wrapped in 2013.
The Daily Mail has also reviewed a 2013 tax document that lists HBM as an agent acting for Mitte's company, RFM3 Services.
Harrison, 52, has never been charged with a crime, nor has she been sued in civil court in relation to Mitte's accusations.
Sources say Mitte was earning up to $500,000 per year in his late teens from acting, modeling and public speaking gigs.
But his mom Dyna, now 61, is understood to have reached out to the Santa Monica PD in late 2015 when a number of checks made out by RFM3 bounced.

A heavily redacted copy of the report reads: 'On 09/22/15, I, Det. R. Elias #3776, met with victim [REDACTED] at SMPD Station.
'[REDACTED] was accompanied by his mother [REDACTED] and his talent manager [REDACTED].
'[REDACTED] told me that in 2011, he hired [REDACTED] Harrison Business Management LLC to handle all financial aspects of his business related to his acting profession (RFM3 Services, Inc.), including but not limited to his earnings, personal bills, rent, insurance and taxes.'
'At the time [REDACTED] had directed [REDACTED] to implement a strict budget to ensure that [REDACTED] had savings with limited debt and liabilities,' the report continued.
'Other than the use of his personal debit or credit cards, [REDACTED] was not involved in any large cash withdrawals, nor was he involved in any investments or real estate requiring large cash withdrawals.'
Detective Elias was unavailable to answer any questions about the report because he has since retired and could not be reached.
Sources close to Mitte's family said they also explored the option of a civil suit, going as far as consulting lawyers, but decided it would be too expensive and time-consuming.
Sources say Mitte - best known for playing Walter White Jr in Breaking Bad alongside Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn - was earning up to $500,000 per year in his late teens from acting, modeling and public speaking gigs
Instead, Mitte hired new accountants to sort out his finances and pay off tax liens totaling $330,000.
Mitte was raised primarily by Dyna, who adopted him weeks after he was born.
After she was left paralyzed in a car accident and split from Mitte's adoptive father, he devoted his life to helping care for his mom and younger sister, Lacey, now 22.
At age 13, Mitte took classes with Hollywood acting coach Addison Witt and, within a year, landed the role of teacher-turned-meth kingpin Walter White's son in Breaking Bad – hailed by some as the greatest TV show of all time.
'Mitte was extraordinarily generous. He would pay for lavish dinners and take joy in picking up the tab and supporting his family,' said a former staffer.
'He had absolute trust in the people around him, so it doesn't surprise me that someone took advantage of him.

'He just was the sweetest boy. It's heartbreaking to lose him.'
Harrison, a US Coast Guard veteran, ran HBM out of a ninth-floor office on Los Angeles's Wilshire Boulevard, later using the name Hollywood Business Management.
The firm had stopped operating by February 2015, but she continued to run various wealth and asset management outfits, among them Coastal Accounting & Tax.
In 2018, Harrison was accused of defrauding a sports merchandise business out of $187,652 in a civil suit filed in Los Angeles County.
According to that suit, Adam Sudman said he hired Harrison three years earlier to do bookkeeping and consulting for his start-up, ProTrending.
His suit alleged that Harrison dipped into company accounts to pay herself monthly amounts between $2,000 and $19,000 without submitting invoices or asking for approval.
Harrison filed a motion to compel arbitration, disputing the allegations and claiming Sudman ignored their consulting agreement and that she had not been paid her $10,000 monthly fee and was owed $100,000.
The case was settled through arbitration, with Harrison agreeing to hand over $60,000 and both sides paying their own costs. The award made no finding of fraud.
Harrison was represented by her husband, David Brody, who is general counsel for his own real estate firm and previously worked as an in-house attorney for the LA Clippers.
The couple were pictured cuddling up, with Harrison flashing a large diamond ring, in a photo posted to her since-deleted Facebook page.
They were also spotted at a glitzy 2023 showbiz event hosted by Swiss watchmaker Vacheron Constantin.
Attempts to contact Harrison via phone, text and email, as well as at her $2 million ranch-style home in affluent Thousand Oaks, California, were unsuccessful.
Reached by phone, her husband David told the Daily Mail: 'You are barking way up the wrong tree. We are not having this conversation.
'No comment. She didn't do anything wrong.'
