Rihanna's one-year-old daughter Rocki adorably recreates iconic look from singer's fashion archive

Rihanna's toddler Rocki Mayers is already following in her mother's fashion-forward footsteps.

Days after the tot's first birthday, the 38-year-old pop star took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos featuring the one-year-old baby girl she shares with longtime partner A$AP Rocky, 37.

Among the images were two snapshots of Rocki donning a custom-made miniature version of the imperial yellow Guo Pei cape Rihanna wore to the 2015 Met Gala.

Rocki adorably recreated the viral moment, with her doting mom even going as far as propping her up on a red carpet and using a backdrop of paparazzi. 

No detail was overlooked, as the youngster's iteration of the designer threads included a satin, hot pink inner lining as well as her own embellished headband to match the headdress her mother famously wore.

For her red carpet moment over 10 years ago, the Umbrella hitmaker donned a gold headpiece on top of her copper-red bob haircut with flipped ends. 

Five years later, she revealed she had been nervous to debut the Chinese couture look and circled the Metropolitan Museum entrance three times before gaining the courage to step onto the carpet.

'I was like, "Oh my god, I’m a clown, people are gonna laugh at me. This is too much." I thought that. 

'I circled like three times, I'm not even joking. Finally it was like, whatever. Let's just go,' she told Access.

In April, baby Rocki made her magazine cover debut.

Rihanna's mini-me joined her as they graced W magazine, with the infant sporting a Dior diaper. 

Inside the pages of the glossy, A$AP gushed about his lady, whom he's been dating since 2020.

'She has changed a lot because she became a mother,' the music artist told the publication.

'And that certainly changes you. But this woman has always been magic. Philosophically, the way she operates is on another level. She is the most charming and genuine person on Earth. Her energy is unmatched – one of a kind. I just adore her.'

In addition to their daughter, Rihanna and the Harlem-bred rapper are parents to sons RZA, four, and Riot, three. 

Earlier this year Rihanna and A$AP celebrated their son Riot's birthday with a Spider-Man themed bash.

Rihanna revealed her third pregnancy at the 2025 Met Gala, then announced her daughter's birth in an Instagram post shared on September 24. 

In a single photo, she held the newborn, who was cloaked in a pink onesie and frilly pink socks as she slept peacefully.

The new mom was decked out in jewelry that included an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch, a Renato Cipullo R pendant, Marie Lichtenberg ruby pendant and XIVKARATS 'mom' ring.

The post was captioned, 'Rocki Irish Mayers, Sept 13 2025,' and featured a pink bow emoji.

The singer's second pregnancy was unveiled as she performed at the Super Bowl in February 2023.

And her first pregnancy was announced in January 2022 with a set of photos of her and A$AP walking through Harlem under a flurry of snowflakes.

Rihanna and the New York-bred rapper began dating in 2020 after a years-long friendship.
