The Real Housewives of New York City's new season 16 cast member Hailey Glassman revealed sleeping with women is just part of her "lavender marriage" with her mystery businessman husband.

Hailey Glassman's outlook on marriage? The more the merrier.
The Real Housewives of New York City season 16 newbie recently got candid about her and her husband's unconventional bedroom agreement after previously revealing she sleeps "with women intimately" all while happily married to the mystery businessman.
"I'm in a lavender marriage," Glassman told Bravo Insider in an interview published Sept. 7. "We've known each other since he was 12 years old. We were neighbors in Martha's Vineyard, and we met at sailing camp."
And while the 39-year-old's non-traditional relationship will surely be a hot topic of conversation for her Bravo costars, the identity of Glassman's longtime partner will remain a mystery as he declined to appear on the reality show's latest season.
As for why?
"He wasn't willing to compromise," she confessed to Bravo of her husband, who she noted is a descendant of the first Jewish settlers on Martha's Vineyard and owns a "really big business" on the famed Massachusetts island. "He didn't want to ruin his family's legacy."
When the public relations pro isn't busy meeting with clients in the Big Apple, she and her man spend their free time relaxing on Martha's Vineyard.
"We go back and forth and spend the summers out there," she explained. "I just like living on a yacht or in the water and just hanging out and smoking joints. And I'm on the board of charities and play tennis."
The beachy getaways are the perfect distraction after a hectic work week.

"My work life, to be honest, has been stressful," Glassman continued. "I used to look forward to Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursdays and Fridays. And now, I don't. But it's fun."
The reality star even revealed how her brief, highly publicized 2009 romance with Jon Gosselin actually helped her find her passion for P.R.
"I fell into P.R. by being in the tabloids at a young age," Glassman reflected. "I needed crisis management, so I got into P.R. to help people who couldn't defend themselves and didn't have a voice."
