EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Nead’s Parker Management, one of the digital talent management companies falling under the Propagate Content umbrella, is expanding its footprint in the creator space with the acquisition of Estate 5 (also known as Estate Five Media), the digital talent management agency founded in 2017 by Lynsey Eaton, Suzanne Droese, and Tina Chen Craig.

Going forward, Estate 5 will continue to operate with its existing team as part of Parker Management, maintaining the personalized, boutique service that has made the agency successful while leveraging Propagate’s resources and infrastructure to unlock new growth opportunities. Based in Dallas, the company manages a wide roster of talent, including Brittany Sjogren, Becky Hillyard, Kathleen Post, Christine Andrew, Ashley Stark, Barron and Tessa Hilton, and Leelee Keller — some of the top-performing talent for the shopping and influencer marketing platform LTK.

Parker Management’s goal with the acquisition is to unlock new opportunities for creators to build sustainable, thriving businesses across multiple platforms.

“Estate 5’s approach to talent management – built on transparency, relationships, and genuine partnership aligns perfectly with Parker Management’s values,” said Parker Management founder Nead. “Lynsey, Suzanne, and Tina have created something truly special while pioneering a talent-first model that treats management as a true partnership rather than a transaction. Together, we’ll provide even greater opportunities for our combined roster of creators while delivering exceptional value to the brands who partner with us.”

Estate Five co-founder and Managing Partner Lynsey Eaton added that the company “was founded on creative thinking, transparency, and the highest standards.”

She continued, “We’re very proud – and protective – of our reputation in the industry, with both influencers and brands alike. We have always respected Lindsay’s strategic approach to the management of both talent and her team. Becoming part of Parker Management is the perfect match for the brand our team has built.”

Since its inception in 2017, Estate 5 has executed thousands of campaigns across diverse industries, with their talent collective achieving over 45% growth in monthly engagement. The company’s success is attributed to the distinct expertise of its three founders, who come from different corners of the media and business landscape.

Managing Partner and CEO Eaton is a Pepperdine Law graduate who practiced as an attorney for nearly a decade before entering the influencer space in 2013. Droese brought over 20 years of PR expertise as founder of the Dallas luxury PR firm Droese Public Relations. Craig is a digital media pioneer who co-founded Bag Snob, one of the first luxury fashion blogs that transformed blogging into an industry platform, in 2005, before going on to launch U Beauty, a cult-favorite skincare brand, in 2019.

Founded in 2017, Parker Management has fostered collaborations between influencers and major brands including Disney, Amazon, Hyundai, Nordstrom, Nike, Target, Walmart, Jack Daniels, Ford, and Home Depot.

Acquiring Parker Management last year, the indie studio and management company Propagate Content was founded by Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens in 2015. Known on the production side for the Chopped franchise and Apple TV’s Stick, among other projects, the company’s talent management portfolio spans thousands of creators, actors, writers, and digital influencers across Artists First, Authentic Talent & Literary Management, Select Management Group, and Parker Management.

Of the Estate 5 deal, Chairman and Co-CEO Silverman said, “This acquisition strengthens Propagate’s position in the creator economy and demonstrates our continued commitment to representing the most influential voices across platforms.”

The deal was overseen by Drew Buckley, Noah Nusinow, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP for Propagate and Eaton and Winstead PC for Estate 5.
