Pregnant Hailee Steinfeld Shows Off Baby Bump in Photo With Josh Allen

“Before I was pregnant, I remember hearing other women talk about this elusive ‘in-between stage’ of pregnancy,” she wrote in the latest edition of her newsletter. “I came to understand it as the weeks (or months) when you know your body has changed and is changing rapidly, but you’re not showing ‘enough’ to the point where it’s obvious to other people that you’re pregnant.”

Noting that she spent “a good part of my pregnancy in cold, snowy Buffalo” bundled up in sweaters and jackets, Hailee continued, “Safe to say, I was in the in-between for a bit.”

Now that she has “finally rounded the corner” and is starting to show, The Edge of Seventeen star said she’s “felt energized to get dressed and put together cute little outfits for dinners with friends or just to run out to the grocery store.”

And though her outfit preferences have changed day to day, Hailee has consistently felt good wearing jeans and a white t-shirt or a pair of elastic-waist pants.

“The thing about pregnancy: Every day is different, which makes getting dressed tricky…or fun! It depends on how you choose to see it that day,” she explained. “My goal is always comfort first. Some days it’s easier to find a comfy option that still feels put-together. Other days it’s a sweatshirt, and that’s fine.”
