Gisele Bundchen welcomed 2025 with a message of calm reflection amid her pregnancy.

The Brazilian model, 44, shared three snaps to her Instagram with a message about responsibility.  

'A new year is a special time to reflect on all that we have learned and what are the new things we want to create in our lives,' her caption began.

Her message is especially relevant given the remorse her ex-husband Tom Brady expressed over how his 2024 turned out: 'No year ever goes exactly the way we want,' he said.

Gisele added, 'We are each responsible for where we chose to focus our energy and for what we create. 

'May you choose to nurture your energy in ways that fill your heart with love and compassion—for yourself and for others.

Gisele is pregnant with her third child and first with her boyfriend Joaquim Valente. 

'Wishing you endless blessings and an extraordinary journey ahead. Let’s make 2025 an amazing year! Sending so much love to all,' she concluded. 

In the first photo, she wears a tan one piece swimsuit and is standing in front of tropical foliage holding a wildflower up to tickle her nose.

The second snap is a sunset photo of the ocean and the third is an image of Gisele's back, while she sits cross-legged in a field meditating. 

After Gisele announced her pregnancy, Tom shared a strange clip to his Instagram Stories in November. 

The timing of the message came with the implication that Brady was hinting at Bundchen's pregnancy.

'It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better,' the message begins.

The quote is from  former President Theodore Roosevelt, with the specific passage entitled 'The Man in the Arena.'

If that title sounds familiar, it's because that is the near-verbatim title of the ESPN+ documentary that aired in 2021 and 2022 on Brady's life.

Bundchen and Brady divorced in October 2022 after 11 years of marriage. The pair have two kids together - a son, Benjamin, 14, and 11-year-old daughter Vivian. 

He also has a son, Jack, 17, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

The former quarterback for the New England Patriots seemed to change his tune with his post on New Year's Eve.

He spent the holiday with his kids and shared some fun pics with them on Instagram. 

He wrote to his 15.1 million followers, 'I couldn't have imagined a better way to ring in the new year than with the loves of my life.'

'Reflecting on last year and thinking about the year ahead, there's no better perspective than looking at these three and always trying to be better for them each day, and helping to guide them in whatever way possible.

'I'm so blessed to have joy and gratitude in my life,' the star shared, and then added, 'No year ever goes exactly the way we want, but when I think about 2024, I could not have imagined anything better.

'So many new experiences that I got to share with amazing people, especially the three beautiful angels in these photos.'
