A popular radio host has left Triple J after almost four years with the network, with her last show set to air on Friday, June 26.
Concetta Caristo announced her departure on Friday with a heartfelt message shared to her social media account alongside a reel of photos from her time at the station.
The comedian, 31, who has co-hosted the national breakfast slot with Luka Muller since December 2022, said she will be leaving the role with 'incredible memories'.
'Some news from me - I'm leaving Triple J! The amount of drafts I have for this caption you'd think I was writing a book,' she wrote.
'But for a girl who has talked for a living the last 3 and a half years, putting into words my time at Triple J has felt impossible.
'What I will say is this: If you had told little Concetta her job one day would be to spend her mornings speaking to and laughing with thousands of Australians every day, she wouldn't have believed you and then cried with happiness.'

She went on to say: 'This job has given me so much joy, it's given me incredible memories and life-long friends.
'But it has also been demanding, exhausting and stressful. I have given it my all and now I know it's time to give my all to something else.'
Concetta, nicknamed Chet on her show, then thanked all her fans who tuned into Triple J Breakfast.
'On my darkest days it was a text or dm from someone who reached out to say what it meant to them that kept me going,' she penned.
'There's so many more people to thank and things to say, but that will come on Friday June 26 for my last show. I hope to spend some time with you till then! Love you and thank you.'
Concetta has become a notable name at the station, hosting popular segments like the Hottest 100 and Like A Version, as well as co-hosting ABC's Logie-nominated New Year's Eve and the ARIA Awards.
'They've been at the heart of so many of Triple J's most memorable moments, from hosting the Hottest 100 and Mardi Gras, to livestreaming Triple J's One Night Stand nationwide, broadcasting from Australia's biggest music festivals, and so much more,' a spokesperson said.

'Brb letting my 14-year-old self know her dreams have come true. She's currently too busy calling into Triple J to try and win San Cisco's bongos from their Like A Version (true story!), but it's safe to say she'll be stoked,' Abby said of her move to Breakfast.
While Tyrone joked: 'Girl... imma need a louder alarm.'
As for Concetta's breakfast co-host Luka, 32, the fellow comedian will soon become the new Drive host, with his next co-star yet to be announced.
'I'm so proud of everything Concetta and I got to do on Breakfast and feel so very lucky to have shared it all with someone so kind, talented, fun, and silly as Chet,' he said.
'Stepping into Drive is gonna be so much fun. I'm excited to meet new listeners, I'm excited for everyone to see what we've been cooking up, and I'm excited to turn off the 4am alarm.'
Concetta & Luka wrap up on Triple J Breakfast on Friday, 26 June, with Abby & Tyrone moving to Breakfast and Luka Muller and his new co-host beginning on Drive in July.
