Set to launch on 5 March for the Nintendo Switch 2, Pokémon Pokopia answers the question "what if Pokémon and Animal Crossing: New Horizons had a baby?" and it seems as though this upcoming life simulation title would be the result.

Developed by Game Freak and Koei Tecmo's Omega Force, Pokémon Pokopia will see players take on the form of a human Ditto as they build up their very own home for their fellow Pokémon. Which Pokémon this entails has still not been confirmed, but according to a recent leak, we now have our full Pokédex.

The Full Pokémon Pokopia 'Dex Appears To Have Leaked

According to an image shared on the Centro LEAKS Twitter page, Pokémon Pokopia will feature "at least 300 Pokémon", which may seem like a lot, but it is worth remembering that Animal Crossing: New Horizons has 417 potential villagers, and we can assume that it will follow the same format and not expect you to look after 300 little creatures.

In the image taken at the recent demo at the Pokémon World Championships in London, we can see that the user has Espeon selected with 'No. 284' above their head. The listing also reveals that Espeon has 'Specialties and Likes', with their specialties being gathering and their ideal habitat being "Bright". They also have some favorites, including: strange stuff, nice breezes, cute stuff, complicated stuff, watching stuff, and sweet flavors". Same Espeon, same.

As well as showing us some of the features each of our Pokémon will have, this also reveals that Espeon is number 284 in the potential number of characters, and Centro LEAKS reveals that "at least 300 Pokémon" is merely a guess, meaning there could be even more.

There Are Plenty Of 'Mon To Meet

With Pokémon Pokopia expected to be the best Pokémon installment in recent years, fans have been left wondering how big the game will actually be, but if this recent leak is anything to go by, it will feature tons of content to enjoy. Considering that Pokémon Sword and Shield starred over 400 Pokémon and that was a mainline entry, Pokémon Pokopia has a suspected 300 and it just being a spin-off title, proves just how big its scale will be.

Not only that, but with one game mechanic being Ditto's chance to learn other Mon's abilities, does this mean that the player will be able to wield over 300 abilities by the end of the game? If so, that will make crafting, building, and farming a whole lot easier.

At the time of writing, 94 of the 300 Pokémon featured in Pokémon Pokopia have been announced, but it seems as though that roster is set to get a lot longer upon the game's release on 5 March, 2026.
