Pilates queen Bernadette Sukkar reveals she had 'breakdown' after going to India to see psychic medium who 'talks to dead people' - and then spruiks a $6,666 spirituality course

Pilates queen Bernadette Sukkar has spruiked a psychic medium's $6,666 spirituality course, claiming she had a 'breakdown' after meeting her in India two years ago.

The socialite, 37, posted videos to her Instagram Stories on Friday, claiming Sydney-based friend Charlotte Rowland can 'talk to dead people' and 'predict the future'.  

Bernadette said she first met Charlotte, who goes by KC Spirit online, during a spirituality getaway to India, and says the meeting 'f***ing changed my whole life'.  

'Two years ago I went to India for the first time and I knew no one who was going on this trip. I hadn't even met the facilitator [Charlotte],' Bernadette said.

'All I had heard about her was that she was this incredible psychic medium with a two year wait list. 

'I'm sceptical like everyone is about someone who claims they can speak to dead people or see into the future.'

But despite not being convinced about Charlotte's claims, Bernadette said she didn't want to miss out on the experience.

'I thought, "You know what, none of my friends are going to come with me to India and Jordan doesn't want to either so I better take this opportunity,"' she recalled. 

'I go on this trip not knowing anyone or what I'm in for and it f***ing changed my whole life. How I want to show up in the world, how I view the world. 

'When I came back to Sydney I had a breakdown, but it was a breakdown to have a breakthrough for so many things in my life, both personally and professionally.'

Bernadette credits her 'breakthrough' to Charlotte, saying she is 'so unbelievable at allowing you to tune into the highest version of yourself'. 

'I will say she is very gifted at speaking to people who have passed on and predicting things in the future, but that would be selling her so short,' she added.

Bernadette then went on to spruik a course Charlotte is running, Ancient Wisdom Embodiment (AWE), linking to the psychic's page and her website.

A glance at Charlotte's website shows the six-month course can be purchased for 'monthly payments of $1,111' or a discounted upfront payment of $6,000. 

Charlotte is also offering her course at half price – $555.50 monthly payments or $3,000 upfront – for four people dealing with 'financial hardship'.  

The Sydney-based psychic claims to be 'a spiritual mentor who channels dimensions and different frequencies from your loved ones passed over' and 'angels'.

Her website also says she has 10 years of experience 'as a psychic medium and energetic healer'. 

Charlotte claims to have a five-year waitlist and hosts retreats 'that book out within 24 hours'.  

Bernadette is a Sydney socialite best known for her Pilates brand Body by Berner.

She is married to Buildcorp COO Jordan Sukkar, with the pair sharing a one-year-old baby girl together in their $8.9million family home in Bellevue Hill.
