Paris Hilton's ex-fiance Chris Zylka was arrested after getting into a bloody brawl with police following an alleged attempted carjacking in Ohio last week.

Zylka, 39, was captured on bodycam footage with a bloody nose and bruises after police were called to Warren, near Cleveland at 4:45pm on December 4 following a report a man with no shirt or shoes on in the freezing cold was attempting to get into a vehicle with a gun.

When police arrived they found traffic at a standstill with model and actor Zylka pushing the front of the vehicle while 'foaming at the mouth' and appearing to be under the influence of drugs, per local station WKBN.

Zylka had allegedly tried to get into a woman's car and had been trying to break the window, police said, with the Leftovers actor allegedly pointing a cellphone like he was brandishing a gun at two detectives who arrived at the scene.

When he was ordered to get on his knees and officers attempted to handcuff him, he resisted, getting one wrist in the restraint before an altercation broke out.

Zylka 'exchanged blows' with an officer per the report, with the other detective using a taser which accidentally struck the officer brawling with Zylka.

This officer then used his taser twice on Zylka which did not seem to affect him.

The footage shows Zylka was finally arrested after a third detective managed to subdue and cuff him.

Zylka was filmed struggling with officers and paramedics as he was strapped to a gurney and loaded into an ambulance while bleeding.

Police said paramedics gave Zylka ketamine to calm him down.

Zylka is now facing felony charges of assault and attempt to commit an offense plus misdemeanor disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and aggravated menacing.

The police report notes personal weapons included 'hands, feet, fist, teeth, etc.'

A Warren Police Dept. spokesman confirmed to TMZ Zylka is no longer in custody and  there is a warrant out for his arrest.

Zylka is best known for his role as Tom Garvey in the HBO series The Leftovers from 2014-2017.

Zylka and Hilton dated for three years before their romance ended in a called-off engagement in 2018.

Hilton is now married to Carter Reum and is mom to son Phoenix, 23 months and daughter London, 13 months.

In 2023 Zylka opened up about their past relationship and revealed that he misses Hilton's family, but admitted he couldn't divulge many details about their romance due to an NDA.

'I have nothing bad to say, and anyone that does have anything bad to say about her, is probably a bad person, to be honest with you,' he declared.

Getting candid, he noted, 'I miss her family. I miss her mom and dad and her brothers and sister. I miss driving from her house to Bel Air to hangout with them.'

As for regrets, Zylka said, 'I've never been able to apologize to her for just like, not being grateful for the experience and all that she did for me.'

Continuing to praise the entrepreneur, he added, 'She's the one relationship that I've ever had that there was no take, it was all give. It was all give. And it was really lovely.'

He dished, 'I'm not supposed to say anything because when we did finalize everything and breakup — I know about past breakups with her, so I did sign an NDA saying that I won't write a book or say anything like that, but there was never anything negative that I could say.'

Chris referred to Paris as a 'rockstar' for her musical accomplishments as a DJ.

The two ultimately went their separate ways so he could focus on work, which he had not doing during their time together.

'My work was just really important to me. And I obviously chose her over work, and I don't regret it. It was at the peak of my career,' he explained.

'We were going into the final season of The Leftovers. And my time with her, I didn't work, which was just two, three years, but the overall experiences and just the people, the people that you would meet. Just such lovely people.'
