EXCLUSIVE: Paradigm has hired veteran Talent Agent Dan Baron, along with longtime TV Lit agent Chase Northington, Deadline has learned. Both will be based out of the agency’s Los Angeles office.
Baron spent the last 21 years at APA/IAG, where he was made partner in the talent department in 2021.
“Dan’s deep industry relationships and sharp strategic instincts add immediate strength to our talent roster,” said Paradigm Managing Partner Andrew Ruf. “His leadership and track record elevate how we represent and grow our clients’ careers.”
Northington joins from Verve, where he spent the last 13 years. Starting in the mailroom, he was quickly promoted to agent in 2015.
On Northington’s hiring, Ruf told us, “Chase brings a strong creative sensibility and a proven eye for shaping compelling, market-leading work. His dealmaking expertise and forward-thinking approach meaningfully expand our literary capabilities.”
