The star has been documenting her pregnancy on social media

Prior to welcoming her newborn, Paloma caused ructions last month when she hit out at gender reveals in a video, where she could be seen holding a pink balloon and a blue balloon as she told her followers: 'It's my gender reveal post'.

Putting on a theatrical performance for the camera, she held up both balloons and teased: 'Is it gonna be a boy? Or is it gonna be a girl? I want all of you to know.'

The star then dramatically released the balloons, which quickly deflated as they floated upwards, before she delivered her verdict on gender reveals.

She said: 'Oh, come on, does it really matter?

Jokingly raging at the camera, she continued: 'It's 2026 - do we even give a s**t about gender anymore? You bloody transphobic homophobic p****s! It'll be whatever it wants to be when it's old enough to decide its own identity for God's sake!'

Paloma's reference to her breastfeeding comes after she revealed she was in 'next level pain' after being diagnosed with acute engorgement, a condition that makes breastfeeding extremely difficult, after having her second child in 2021.

The star welcomed a daughter with her ex Leyman Lahcine, from whom she split in 2023 after nine years together, in December 2016 and a second baby girl in February 2021.

Last year, Paloma revealed her new love has made her finally consider marriage after previously always being totally against it.

She told at the time how serious her relationship had become with her new man, as she revealed that they had been dating for nearly a year.

Speaking on Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo's Newly Weds podcast in March, Paloma said: 'This is a strange thing. I wasn't married to my kids' dad and I've always been someone that's very anti-marriage...

'Because the history of it is that it's about ownership of women and I'm the child of a feminist. Weirdly, I don't know what's changed in me, but this guy gives me a bit like "Oh well"'

She continued: 'I remember when I met him I was like "I'm never going to get married, don't ever ask me". And then over time now I'm like "Yeah I don't know, I'll keep an open mind." I can just feel myself softening.

'If my mum hears this she'll be like, "What the hell is going on with you? Is it a mid-life crisis?'" I do think having kids with someone is stronger than marriage from experience.'

Asked by Jamie if it means she's in love now, Paloma replied: 'Yeah. Also I feel like I'm coming from the perspective that I know how it can pan out as well. It can go still. If we don't invest, if we don't ask each other.

'I really also believe in therapy so much. I just think if you get someone good, I think it's so important. If you're with someone who's like "I'm willing to go and try that."'
