Sandra Wollner’s “Everytime” has been selected as Germany’s entry for the Academy Award for best international feature film.

Due to a change in the rules of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences this spring, two major German films are already eligible for submission in the international feature film category: Visar Morina’s “Shame and Money” qualified by winning the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival, as did İlker Çatak’s “Yellow Letters” by winning the Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival.

The 15-title shortlist of eligible films for the international feature film Oscar race will be announced on Dec. 15. The five nominated titles that will enter the race will be revealed on Jan. 21. The Academy Awards ceremony will take place on March 14.
