OpenAI and Inception42 to offer tailored enterprise AI to large UAE organisations, ADMO says

The G42-backed agentic AI company and the ChatGPT maker will reportedly team up to serve big institutions across the Emirates

OpenAI and Inception42 will provide tailored enterprise solutions to large organisations in the UAE, according to ADMO.

The pitch, as ADMO frames it, targets large UAE organisations rather than consumers or small businesses.

What the arrangement covers

The core claim is narrow: the two companies will deliver enterprise solutions customised for big UAE organisations. ADMO is the source of that statement.

No contract value, timeline or named client list accompanied the claim.

Inception42 operates as G42’s sovereign agentic AI company, focused on deployments for UAE government and enterprise clients. It is led by CEO Ashish Koshy.

Inception42’s busy year

In July 2026, Inception42 and Microsoft announced a deeper integration of Inception42’s Catalyst platform with Microsoft 365 Copilot, framed as support for the UAE’s national AI goals.

That same month, Inception42 launched Seraj, an Arabic enterprise large language model. Seraj was developed on OpenAI’s GPT-4.1 and adapted using Arabic datasets.

In October 2026, Inception42 rolled out Insight, a decision-intelligence platform, at AI Everything Abu Dhabi. The tool is already being used by more than 30 boards across UAE government and business.

As part of a national-scale AI initiative launched in May 2026, Inception42 aims to have AI agents handle 50% of federal government operations.

OpenAI’s separate UAE footprint

OpenAI has been building its own presence in the country. Its main vehicle is the Stargate UAE project, which brings together several partner organisations around AI infrastructure.

Emirates NBD is one of those reference customers. It has been described as the first bank in the MENA region to use OpenAI’s sovereign AI infrastructure.

What this means

The relationship with Microsoft is the variable to watch. Inception42 has deepened its integration of Catalyst with Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft remains a central channel for OpenAI’s technology in enterprise settings.

Observers should look for concrete follow-through: named clients, deployment timelines, contract terms and any statement from OpenAI or Inception42 detailing how responsibilities are split. Until they arrive, the claim rests on ADMO’s description of what the two companies will offer.
