Olivia Attwood has revealed she's had to 'slap herself in the face and grit her teeth' to get through her busy schedule, after throwing herself into work following her split from husband Bradley Dack.

The presenter, 34, has been documenting her busy diary after confirming last month that she had ended her marriage to the footballer after two years together.

This week Olivia has flown to Turkey to film new episodes of her ITV2 series The Price Of Perfection, and during a break on set, she answered some questions from her followers in a Q&A.

Asked how she was doing in the wake of the split, Olivia said: 'I'm OK.'

Olivia then replied to one fans' comment praising her for 'working with everything that's been going on.'

She wrote: 'I have worked too hard for too long to let my professional life suffer. Been a lot of slapping myself round the face and gritting my teeth lol.'

Olivia previously told her followers how it was her first single Valentine's Day single since she was approximately 14 years old.

Olivia penned to her fans: 'Happy Valentine's Day my cherubs I love you all so much x. My first Valentines without a boyfriend since I was like 14 years old lol so I took myself shopping obvs.'

She hasn't shied away from the reality of her split and told fans how she needed to 'stay busy to be ok'.

Olivia reshared a touching social media video that read: 'Forever the girl who needs to stay busy to be okay'.

She is said to be 'pouring every inch' of her energy into work since news of her split from Bradley emerged.

Alongside her Olivia's House podcast and KISS FM radio show, which she co-hosts with Pete Wicks, she has continued filming the next instalment of her documentary series Getting Filthy Rich and is now celebrating her latest collaboration with Garnier.

She put her marriage woes aside on Thursday night as she was unveiled as the new face of the skincare brand at a bash at The Newman Hotel, and was spotted leaving with Pete and a group of pals in the early hours of Friday morning.

A week earlier, the newly single star explained how she 'working out a lot' and 'filming a lot' to keep herself distracted.

She then shared insight into how she's juggling work with her heartbreak after ending her two-year marriage to Bradley

Teasing her new ITV show The Heat, she posted on Instagram: 'What I told you about work being busy lol... brand new tele. I promise you don't want to miss this...'.

Confirming her split from Bradley in an emotional statement, Olivia said: 'I keep opening Instagram to post but I don't know what to say or do? lol vulnerability is not my bag!!! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark infested waters.. that R for another.

'I cry myself to sleep, then business as normal when the alarm goes off at 5am and it has been like that for a long time.'

She continued: 'But also so much change in such a short amount of time (you know I hate that (Taurus). I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I'm in over my depth for sure.

'I want to be happy. I want Brad to be happy. Just one day at a time. For both of us. & anyone else who needs to read this.

'Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. Ps thank you, I feel your love immensely.'
