The Pokémon Trading Card Game is fresh off the release of Perfect Order, but eyes are already looking ahead at the next set, called Chaos Rising. Pre-orders went live on Pokémon Center yesterday, causing long queues while Elite Trainer Boxes and other products sold out quickly, but a few bits of Chaos Rising merchandise have still not gone up for sale yet.

The four new promo cards for Chaos Rising and their numbering are:

  • Delphox - 074
  • Ampharos - 075
  • Crobat - 076
  • Goodra - 077

Each card includes the usual Black Star Promo labeling and comes with Chaos Rising logo stamped in the bottom-right corner of the artwork. If you're interested in trying to get these promos, you can check with the official Event Locator at Pokemon.com to see if there's a store near you. Pre-release starts on May 9 and runs through May 17, 2026.

What We Know About Chaos Rising So Far

Pokemon TCG Mega Floette Chaos Rising

The full release for Chaos Rising begins on May 22, 2026, and products include the usual Booster Boxes, Build & Battle Boxes, and ETBs. The exclusive Elite Trainer Box for Chaos Rising has sold out on Pokémon Center, but the standard version should start appearing at retailers soon. Beyond the dates and product line-up, we've seen a number of cards already, including:

  • Mega Dragalge ex (065/086)
  • Mega Floette ex (035/086)
  • Mega Greninja ex (022/086)
  • Mega Pyroar ex (015/086)

With Mega Greninja on the cover of the ETB, Chaos Rising already seems like a pretty cool set. The new promo cards are interesting, but aren't anything earth-shattering. Still, they'll likely be hard to get considering how quickly everything around Chaos Rising is selling out. Remember that the pre-release for the newest Pokémon Trading Card Game set begins on May 9, so we only have around three weeks before these promos drop.
