EXCLUSIVE: Long Time No See has unveiled the lineup for the 2025 edition of Alt Comedy All-Stars, the fundraiser benefiting nonprofit Comedy Gives Back in its work as a safety net for the comedy community.

Set to take place at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles at 8:00 p.m. on January 31st, the show will feature appearances from Patton Oswalt, Zach Galifianakis, Bob Odenkirk, the cast of Mr. Show with Jon Hamm, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Brian Posehn, Doug Benson, Laura Kightlinger, The Grunge Tumblers, and more surprise guests. Mark Cohen is serving as host.

The night will feature only the second reunion for Mr. Show, the popular HBO sketch series from Odenkirk and David Cross, since one that took place in 2020. Tickets are on sale now.

In a statement to Deadline, co-headliner Oswalt said, “This is one of those shows where I’m as excited to watch it as I am to be on it. All of my friends, all of my influences, all in one night? Wow!”

Added Jodi Lieberman, Amber J Lawson and Zoe Friedma, the co-founders of Comedy Gives Back, “The star-studded caliber of talent at this benefit exemplifies Comedy Gives Back’s mission of tapping into the comedy community to bring together remarkable talent and generous hearts in support of comedians in need.”

Since 2019, Comedy Gives Back has granted hundreds of thousands of dollars to working comedians experiencing hardship. In addition to hosting recovery meetings at festivals such as Netflix is a Joke, Just for Laughs Montreal, and Moontower Comedy Festival, the organization has sponsored mental health services for dozens of comedians and paid for chemical dependency residential treatment. Comedy Gives Back actively partners with organizations and entities such as The New York Comedy Festival, Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, NAMI, the Brody Stevens Festival of Friendship 818 Walk, and more.

100% of ticket sales from the Alt Comedy All-Stars fundraiser will go to the nonprofit. The show is produced by Long Time No See’s Jack Fink and Independent Artists Media’s Dave Rath.
