The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jen Affleck has filed for divorce from Zac Affleck, after relationship problems between them were seen on the Hulu reality show.
Jen, 27, entered a petition for divorce from Zac, 30, on Tuesday, along with a parenting plan proposal, according to documents in the case reviewed by The Daily Mail.
Details behind why the couple are splitting or how they are looking to divide custody of their children were not made clear in the court filing.
Jen, who is pregnant with their fourth child, filed divorce papers in Provo, Utah's Fourth Judicial District Court and is represented by lawyer Martin Olsen, according to the filing. TMZ was first to report news of the split.
Zac has been 'doing okay' amid the difficult time, an insider told People Wednesday, adding that 'he and Jen are staying focused on preparing for the baby and supporting their kids.'
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both parties for further comment on the story.

The pair first linked up using Mutual, a dating app designed for Mormon singles, in 2018. They subsequently got engaged and exchanged vows in June of 2019.
They have three children, Nora, five, Lucas, three, and Penelope, one.

Problems between the pair surfaced on their reality show, with Jen unhappy about Zac gambling and Zac upset that she had gone to a Chippendales performance in Las Vegas with her castmates.
Speaking with Vulture in September of 2024, Jen said she found it 'scary to have your relationship exposed to the world.'
She added: 'We went into the season in a rocky place, but I still wanted to move forward with filming, because that’s what felt right to me, my career, and wanting to provide for my family.'

They ultimately sought counseling, which appeared to have helped their relationship in the short term.
'Since filming, we’ve done therapy nonstop,' Jen told the publication. 'If we continue in our relationship, there are changes that need to be made.
'If they’re not made, we might have to … look at other options. But as of right now, I do think he’s trying his best to make those changes.'
