Former child star Dafne Keen has opened up about the unsavory things she experienced in the entertainment industry as a minor.
The 21-year-old Logan actress visited the Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum podcast this week, and revealed she was offered illicit drugs from a young age. 'Because also I think as a child actor I witnessed so much of that as a child that I just had no interest.'
'I don't think I've ever been drunk enough to even have a hangover. I'm such a control freak with that,' she began.
When asked by Rosenbaum if she witnessed 'a lot of drinking' as a kid in Hollywood, she shockingly answered: 'I was getting offered coke at wrap parties. Like, tiny. Like 11, 12, 13. So I saw what that was, so I was like, "I don't really have any interest in that."'
'11 or 12? Man, I didn't start that early,' the host replied, prompting Keen to clarify: 'Well, me neither.'
The Spanish actress, who's been acting since age nine, explained: 'I was saying no, fortunately.'

Keen's acting debut came on BBC's The Refugees in 2014, and she starred on the series until she turned 10 the following year.
Then, in 2016, she portrayed Laura and X-23, starring opposite Hugh Jackman in Logan.
She went on to reprise the character in Deadpool & Wolverine (2024).
As a teen, Keen was a fixture on the HBO show His Dark Materials, appearing as Lyra Silvertongue/Lyra Belacqua between 2019 and 2022.
Her repertoire also includes a stint as Jecki Lon on Disney+'s The Acolyte in 2024.
Keen said on Tuesday's episode that she avoided drugs as a teen by feigning her use of substances.
She confessed: 'I did used to lie as a teenager so that I wouldn't get peer pressured. I'd be like, 'Nah, I'm good. I don't wanna drink. I already took something.''
However, she said in truth she was 'dead sober,' and described herself as 'the goodest goody-two-shoes ever.'

'I was like, 'Oh my God, no I'm already so high.' Literally had, like, a Coca-Cola,' she recalled.
Keen said her preference not to do drugs has not negatively affected her social life.
'I would say I'm a fun time,' the Whistle actress said.
She added: 'I don't really need it. I'll go out and stay out 'til 6 but sober. Just for the vibes, just 'cause I like music and I like dancing and I like people.'
Keen did not explicitly reveal who offered her drugs when she was underage, and instead praised her co-star Jackman, now 58, for protecting her.
Remembering their time on the Logan set, she shared: 'He gave me a lot of really positive reinforcement and a lot of really good advice. And he was always so lovely.
'He's the best number one you could ever wish for. And he's the best on-screen dad. He genuinely felt like a sort of parental figure.'
She gushed that Jackman made her feel safe, noting: 'He made sure that no one was abusing my hours, that I was having fun on set, that I wasn't aware of any tensions that would've been happening behind the scenes.
'He was so incredibly protective and amazing.'
