The influencer, 27, looked stylish in jeans and a jumper as she splashed the cash and treated herself to some new clothes.
Molly made purchases in Selfridges and Victoria's Secret before heading back to her £250,000 gold Mercedes G-Wagon.
The couple welcomed their second child, son Midas, in June and they have been enjoying their baby bubble ever since with daughter Bambi, three.
The boxer and the influencer met on Love Island in 2019 and had a brief break in 2024 but are now firmly back together.
Tommy revealed this week that Molly spends a staggering amount on the weekly food shop – but said he won't eat any of it because it's 'junk food'.
The boxer, 27, said he instead then does a separate shop for himself to cater for his dietary needs to help with his training.

In the latest podcast, What The Fury? Tommy said Molly's food shop cost can range from £250 to £350.
Shocked, Tommy's dad John asked: 'Is that a week? Do you not eat Molly’s food when she cooks?'
Confirming the eye-watering cost was indeed per week, Tommy admitted he refuses to eat what Molly cooks as she 'lives off toasties and crisps and sweets. I don’t live like that.'
He continued: 'She doesn’t need to really be bothered about her food. Whereas, if I was living off junk food I wouldn’t be able to come in here and train.
'The way it works is, Molly does an online shop that comes but the way Molly eats and the way I eat are two different things.
'So, Molly kind of looks out for her and the baby. But me, I do my own shop. I only eat the food that I buy.'

Molly, meanwhile, revealed this week their daughter Bambi 'put someone in a headlock' during a recent outing to Pizza Express.
Speaking in her latest YouTube vlog, she said: 'I went to Pizza Express with Bambi and Midas and some friends and I can't even disclose what happened.
'All I'm going to say is, I thought Bambi was out of her aggressive era. I was very wrong. Headlocks were put in place. Not by me, by her. It should have been by me. It was bad.
'We're in the depths of it right now and I'm really just trying to keep my head above water.'
In the comments many other mums tried to comfort her after the incident saying Bambi is probably just adjusting to being a sibling.
