'I have severe anxiety around this time of night because of the witching hour. And Roxie, she's she's eight weeks tomorrow. and I can not tell you how excited I am to be coming out the trenches.'

She continued: 'I was obviously over like over the moon when I was pregnant, but there was like a tiny percentage of me, where I was like, "oh my god, I'm gonna have to do like the night feeds and stuff, and I'm gonna be really sleep deprived".

'She's obviously getting a lot more settled at night time, so she only gets up once in the night for a feed. So they every two hours is slowly fading.... But at night time she's going for five hours, which is great.

'I feel more confident and more okay mentally when they are able to sit up and have more interaction because I'm so anxious all the time when I have her that I just check, she's breathing.

'I get quite obsessed with how much milk she has. So at this time of night, it's horrific for me, anxiety-wise.

'And in the mix-up of all of that, I have a very busy, crazy two-year-old, so all of it is very overwhelming for me. However, I wouldn't change it for the world.

'Like Roxie and Lucia will be the best of friends and I can't wait for that. And Reenie is just an amazing big sister, so I'm so blessed and I'm so grateful that I had this. But yeah, I really don't enjoy the newborn stage at all, and I can't wait to come out of it. Does anyone else feel like that, or is it just me?'

Fans rushed to the comments as they resonated with Lauren's candid words.

Lauren is best known for her role as Kelly in the E4 comedy-drama series Misfits

They penned: 'I was equally not a fan of it. the anxiety of whether they are still breathing- awful.';

'Yeah newborn stage was NOT my favourite part. I found it isolating, stressful, tired, mentally drained, physically drained. Got so much better the older the babies got.'

'Say it louder!! And say it proud! My god it was the worst time lol'

'Witching hour is rough mate. I loved it with my first born but second was awful. They’re 4&5 now seems like a lifetime a go.'
