Millie Mackintosh underwent a trendy new anti-ageing procedure on Thursday. 

The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, is no stranger to 'tweakments' and this time opted for Plasma Pen therapy at the Sadaf Jaffari clinic in London. 

In a clip posted on Instagram, Millie was seen relaxing on a bed wearing a black sports bra as Sadaf performed the treatment on her neck and chest.

She captioned the clip: 'Millie’s first Plasma Pen treatment!'

'In this session we focused on Millie’s neck and chest—two areas that often show early signs of aging but can be beautifully rejuvenated with this advanced treatment.

'The Plasma Pen works by creating tiny micro-traumas on the surface of the skin, which stimulates collagen and elastin production.

Millie's plasma pen is just a drop in the ocean when it comes to self-love and treatments as she recently opened up on all the various 'tweakments' she undergoes in order to maintain her youthful beauty.

Sharing photos and videos of her getting a number of procedures, Millie insisted that she isn't trying to 'drastically change her appearance'.

Millie revealed it was all about 'enhancing what's already there'.

Sadaf captioned the clip: 'Millie’s first Plasma Pen treatment!

She penned: 'Whenever I do a Q&A I am always flooded with questions about which beauty treatments I recommend.

'I am really interested in cutting edge technology and for me it’s enhancing what’s already there. It’s not about drastically changing my appearance, but more about boosting my confidence and feeling like the best version of myself.

'I’ve always believed in being completely transparent when it comes to which tweakments I've had, because it’s important to me to be honest about what goes on behind the scenes.

'I’ve been loving how these treatments can give that natural, healthy glow while still looking like me!'

She explained that she gets both microblading and lamination on her eyebrows to save her time drawing them on, and has been getting her hair dyed more blonde.

Microblading is semi-permanent tattooing technique, while lamination is essentially a perm for the eyebrows.

Sharing photos and videos of her various procedures, Millie insisted that she isn't trying to 'drastically change her appearance', but said it was all about 'enhancing what's already there'

She wrote: 'I’ve always believed in being completely transparent when it comes to which tweakments I've had, because it’s important to me to be honest'

Millie also revealed that she gets Botox done three times a year and also showed herself undergoing two polynucleotides treatments under her eyes and in her scalp.

Commonly referred to as salmon sperm injections, polynucleotides are purified and sterilised DNA molecules extracted from salmon or trout sperm that are injected into the skin to stimulate collagen production, leading to a rejuvenated appearance help treat hair loss.

The beauty trend been praised by the likes of Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston, but can leave your skin bruised and covered in specks of blood.

Millie showed a photo of her face dotted with pinpricks after the treatment and said she could see a difference in her skin, as well as hair growth.

She added that she also underwent a 'baby face facial' and a 'genius lift on the back of my legs to tighten the skin'.

While her final treatment was lymphatic drainage to help with water retention, telling her fans: 'Since I turned 35 I have been holding more water around my stomach and these sessions are really helping to shift it.'
