Millie Mackintosh has said she has anxiety and is struggling to sleep as she 'adjusts' to co-parenting with her ex Hugo Taylor.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 37, split from her former co-star earlier this year after seven years of marriage and the pair officially filed for divorce in February.
After leaving their marital home, Millie recently revealed she had moved into a rental house last month and has been busy building 'a whole new life' after the breakup.
They share daughters Sienna, six, and Aurelia, four, who now split their time between Millie and Hugo's separate homes.
But in a new Instagram post captioned 'recent realities' she got candid about how tough things have been now she is living apart from Hugo, 40.
In one slide of her updates she penned: 'I'm still adjusting to co-parenting and the girls living between two homes.'
While in another page of the post she said: 'I haven't been sleeping well and I can feel my anxiety quietly creeping back in.'

Millie also told how the mental toll has had an impact on her skin and she has been suffering breakouts, writing: 'My skin has decided to have a teenage revival at 37.'
In another image she also said she had been doing a lot of 'deep healing work' and that a 'recent breathwork journey reminded me how much I've been carrying'.
The post comes after last week Millie gave fans a glimpse into her new home as she shared a 'chaotic' tour of her new dressing room.
In her latest update on Instagram, the star gave viewers a tour of her walk-in wardrobes after she converted the office space into a home for her outfits.
She began: 'I have kitted it out with these lovely IKEA wardrobes, which are so nice and easy. I've used them in lots of my houses before.
'It's not very organised in the cupboards right now. I really need to get the lovely organisers Organised By Lucy to come in and help me.'
Admitting she needs a helping hand, she continued: 'I've just shoved stuff in these cupboards, I'm not using the storage very well.
'I feel like above the cupboards, I also need to maybe get some nice boxes, and then I can keep things like hats in there, and they're not going to get dusty.
'But my aim is to have this all nicely color coordinated, the space being used properly.'
Showing off her impressive shoe collection, she continued: 'Then on this side, this room is often used as an office before in this house, so this is normally bookshelves, but they also work really well for shoes. This is currently shoe storage.
'I was going to just knock this out and put another cupboard there, but it actually made sense to kind of just keep it and use it for shoes.'
Not quite done with packing, Millie also showed a pile of overflow summer clothes yet to have been put away as well as a huge bag of all her swimwear.

She also detailed how Hugo used to do Lego with the girls but now she has had to learn how to do it with them too

Aurelia also started school this September which has been another change for the family

The star also gave fans a glimpse at her garden patio space which features a BBQ and outdoor dining area.
She joked: 'Gorgeous green egg barbecue that I have only used once, but you know, it's aspirational... There's next summer.'
Millie continued: 'I think over here along this wall, it would be nice to have some plants. I'd like some plants to grow up this wall, so you don't see so much of it.
'Or you could also do some nice like outdoor mirrors, which is quite fun. Some outdoor lighting would be pretty, and then imagine this table like nicely laid.
'It could actually be really nice for some kind of late summer September outdoor dinner parties.
'I'm always saying I'm going to throw a dinner party. It never really happens, but I think we could dress the space and make it look really gorgeous for some outdoor entertaining.'
Last month Millie gave fans a first glimpse at her new home in a tour of her chic living room.
Taking fans around the downstairs of the period property, Millie explained that whilst she moved in a month ago 'I've been away a couple of times, so I haven't really spent that much time here yet.'
With her girls due to go back to school after the summer break, Millie said she was keen to get going with her plans for the new house, admitting 'there's still quite a lot to do, but I want to show you at its current state and I'll talk you through my plans for each room.'
The cosy living room features high ceilings and period touches, with Millie filling the space with a large corner sofa in mint green velvet.
She explained she wanted to keep the rest of the space open to allow her daughters space to play, adding 'there's a lot of dancing in this room.'
Millie has also created a work nook on the other side of the living room, gushing that it's the first time she's ever had her own desk.
The space is decorated with colourful artworks, including a piece made by Littlest Galleries which turned Millie's daughters' paintings into a large collage.
In her office area is a 3D butterfly with Millie explaining: 'I love that butterflies symbolise new beginnings and green is also my happy healing colour.'
Whilst her new home is already looking super chic, Millie also gave fans a peep at her 'dump cupboard', admitting that 'everyone with ADHD understands how much you need a cupboard that you can just chuck stuff in and then shut the door'.
