Our Take on Marvel's New Hulks

White and blue Hulks aren't totally unheard of, but these are effectively new additions to Marvel lore. Hulk turned blue when wielding the Enigma Force, but becoming the latest 'Captain Universe' always gives heroes a blue version of their costume. Likewise, Marvel teased a white Hulk in Avengers: No Road Home, were he possessed by an ancient artifact.

However, Hulks taking on white and blue coloring as a normal part of their gamma powers is unusual, and suggests their powers may take a different form. It's possible they have lesser strength to the green and red Hulks, explaining why General Ross is able to command an entire strikeforce of the most powerful beings on the planet.

Fans will learn more about these towering new Hulks as Captain America begins on the Road to Armageddon, flooding the Marvel Universe with a new generation of gamma monstrosities.

Captain America #11 is coming May 13 from Marvel Comics.
