Married at First Sight star Heidi Latcham has resurfaced on social media for the first time three years to share some life-changing news

The fan favourite bride from the reality TV juggernaut's sixth season revealed she is a mum.

The 44-year-old returned to Instagram to share a carousel of photos of her growing baby girl.

'Look what we made!' she excitedly captioned the major life update.

The collection of photos appear to have been taken from the time Heidi's daughter, whose name she has not shared, was born, until more recently.

Married at First Sight star Heidi Latcham has resurfaced on social media for the first time three years to share some life-changing news - she is a mother

In the main photo, a bronzed Heidi is seen cuddling up to her baby girl in an outdoor chair.

The former radio presenter retired from her post at 91.9 Sea FM in 2021 and has kept a very low-profile since her time on national television.

In the comment section there was an outpouring of warm congratulations from friends, fans and fellow MAFS stars.

'Worlds biggest secret. Congratulations legend,' season six MAFS star Nic Jovanovic wrote.

MAFS couple Jules Robinson and Cam Merchant also sent their love and well wishes, with Cam writing: 'So beautiful to see your smiling face & your gorgeous little one ❤️Congratulations hun x'

'Omg congratulations guys,' Martha Kalifatidis commented.

Meanwhile, other Australian media personalities were more honest about their shock at the announcement.

'Wait what?! Wow!' comedian Nikki Osborne commented, while Lizzie Sobinoff thanked Heidi 'for sharing'.

The former radio presenter declined to share the name of her daughter, or her age, on social media, but said her girl is 'happy and healthy'

Several of Heidi's friends commented that her daughter has gotten 'so big' now and her hair has grown 'so much' since they last saw her, indicating she may be one or even two-years-old.

However, when one fan asked Heidi how old her child is in the comments, she politely dodged the question.

'She's all happy and healthy, thank you,' she wrote back with a heart emoji.

Heidi was 'married' to Mike Gunner in the show's explosive 2019 season.

Mike and Heidi's passionate yet chequered romance saw the couple lock horns on a number of occasions, with Heidi frequently left hurt by his words.

A prevalent accusation from Australian and UK MAFS fans was that Mike 'gaslit' Heidi with his words.

This started very early on during their honeymoon, when Heidi gave a heartbreaking insight into her difficult childhood, to which Mike said: 'I'm not your therapist'.

After facing many roadblocks during their relationship due to communication, or lack thereof, the pair decided to go their separate ways.

Despite receiving a general warm and positive reaction, the former electrician was criticised for failing to listen to Heidi and for allegedly shutting her down when she tried to broach emotional topics of discussion.

Mike said after the show: ''I have done a lot of interviews and I have received a lot of criticism. I received comments like, I am 'gaslighting', I am a 'narcissist'...

'Other people's insecurities don't concern me... If they want to cast labels like that on me then that is a reflection of their own poor judgement, not mine.'

MAFS will soon return to Australian TV screens for its 12th season, after it was revealed a staggering six cast members quit after the first two weeks of filming.
