Property records reveal the estate was snapped up for $28million in June last year by a company called Pippyyork Pty Ltd.
The firm's sole director and shareholder is Gold Coast accountant David Hayes. Company documents show he holds the company's single share on behalf of another undisclosed party understood to be Robbie.
Pippyyork was established as a $1 shelf company just weeks before the multimillion-dollar purchase.
The reported purchase has become the talk of Currumbin Valley, where locals have noticed new screening trees planted along the rear boundary beside Currumbin Creek, apparently shielding the estate from prying eyes.
The prestigious 2.9-hectare property was sold by Bridget Deer, wife of travel industry executive Randall Deer, who oversaw a lavish transformation of the ranch-style estate.
The sprawling residence features six bedrooms, six bathrooms and garaging for 10 vehicles, along with horse stables, a swimming pool and a full-size tennis court.
Deer purchased the original property in 2017 for just $2.55million before undertaking the extensive rebuild, with architecture by Paul Uhlmann Architects.
Local real estate agent Stephen Hay, from Ray White Tugun, said the extraordinary sale had stunned the market and skewed suburb-wide property figures.

'It's a magnificent, massive home and there have been some big sales in Currumbin Valley - but nothing like this,' he told the Courier Mail.
'The sale was kept very low-key. When it showed up in the data, we thought it must have been some kind of business-related transaction.'
