Married At First Sight bride Bec Zacharia broke down in tears on a flight this week over the relentless criticism she has faced over her dramatic transformation.
The reality TV star, 36, shared a raw clip of herself wiping tears from her eyes while sitting on a plane.
She said she had received a litany of hurtful messages over her diet and body.
The outspoken star said she had been inundated with unsolicited opinions after sharing a photo of a sprinkled doughnut her grandmother had brought over for her to enjoy.
'I wanted to come on here and address something! Yesterday, I posted a story of a sprinkled doughnut my dear, darling grandmother had brought over with a coffee to share with her,' Bec began.

'I received a DM from a lady after posting that, and she essentially said, "your health journey is bollocks".'
Bec said the woman had accused her of contradicting her own weight-loss claims after seeing her eat desserts.
‘I have lost 30 kilos now! Am I doing the wrong thing by being realistic about what I am doing? She was saying, "I see you shovelling down dessert in your car and eating a doughnut ! It is not adding up",’ she said.
She went on to explain she was deliberately taking a moderation-over-restriction approach to dieting, after previously struggling with binge eating.
'As someone who has had eating disorders and used to binge and is working on the basis of moderation, not restriction, am I doing the wrong thing by posting I am enjoying half a doughnut on a Saturday?' she said.
'Because from Monday to Friday I am healthy, I am high-protein, little to no carbs, I fill up on vegetables, and lean meat. I get asked every day what I am eating, and I don't know whether that question crosses the line.'
She told Daily Mail that hurtful comments about her appearance, diet and cosmetic procedures had become a regular occurrence.

Bec has been documenting her weight loss journey with her followers in recent months after dropping 30kg and undergoing a controversial 'Barbie waist' rib-contouring procedure in Bali. (Pictured pre-surgery in March (left) and post-surgery in August (right))
'I am transparent, if I get snatched waist surgery I am going to be transparent. I have people message me every day saying I looked better before the surgery or I shouldn't be eating certain foods, or I am disgusting and ugly,' Bec said.
'I just laugh at them! People message me saying I looked better before and now I am ugly. But this won't be the last surgery I get, I have zero regrets! I am so confident now!'
The reality star is preparing to undergo even more cosmetic work as part of her head-to-toe transformation.
She said she was considering a facial 'nip-tuck', as well as Botox, fillers and further skin treatments.
Speaking on Daily Mail Australia's MAFS Unleashed podcast, Bec addressed the fierce backlash surrounding her Bali procedure and insisted she did not undergo rib removal.
'It's not rib removal, it's rib contouring,' she said.
She explained that the procedure involved altering her lower floating ribs and wearing a tight-fitted corset during her recovery.
She claimed doctors used a small needle and ultrasonic technology, with no incisions, and said she took paracetamol for just four days afterwards.
