Bec Zacharia has undergone more plastic surgery in Bali after travelling to the Indonesian island for her divisive 'Barbie waist' operation earlier this year.
The Married At First Sight bride, 35, underwent a boob job from renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr Eduardo Nunes this week and shared several before and after photos following the procedure.
The reality TV star, 35, told the Daily Mail she wanted to increase her chest size after recently losing a lot of weight.
'I have loved being part of an itty bitty titty committee, but I have lost lots of weight lately and everything drops when you do so. This is the next step. I am looking forward to chucking on some activewear and having some cleavage,' she said.
'I will now be able to wear the clothes I avoided because I didn't have the boobs for them.
'It's about how I feel and look. It's kind of like a "congratulations" to myself, because I have worked my a**e off to get to the body I have.'

'So, why not? It's coming up to summer. I spend so much time under the sun. Who doesn't want to walk around with a great set of boobs and the body I have always wanted?' she added.
As for the nasty gossip already swirling online about her back-to-back overseas surgeries, Bec said she couldn't care less about other people's opinions regarding her new breasts, having already copped backlash for her 'Barbie waist' enhancement.
'People say it makes me insecure but I say by getting it and openly talking about it, it makes me very secure. If I was insecure, I would be trying to hide it and not tell anyone,' she said.
Bec's breast augmentation is the latest in a long line of surgeries she has had over the years.
After appearing on MAFS, she also underwent a cosmetic procedure targeting excess fat in her upper pubic area, known as a FUPA reduction.
'I've had a little bit of lipo on the top of my pelvis… like the top of my hoo-ha,' Bec told the Daily Mail in April.
A FUPA (fatty upper pubic area) reduction involves removing excess fat from the mons pubis - the soft, rounded area of flesh at the front of your pelvis - to create a smoother contour, particularly in tight clothing and swimwear.
At the time, Bec also revealed her wish list of other things she wanted done.

'I want my nose done,' she said.
'I'd love boobs - but not big ones. Just little ones. I'm a B now, so like a nice C.'
Bec added that she was considering further surgery after her dramatic weight loss during filming of MAFS left her with loose skin.
'I lost nearly 10 kilos in the experiment from stress,' she said.
'I've put a bit of weight back on now, but I'd love my loose skin cut off my legs and stuff.'
She added with a laugh: 'My nose done… all of it really! Plastic surgeons, hit me up.'
Bec also underwent major jaw surgery in her early 20s, which she has described as transformative.
'Having my chin and jaw surgery changed my life. It's the best thing that could have happened to me,' she said.
'So when people say things now, I'm just like, "Say what you want, but I'm happy."'
Bec then revealed that despite getting the controversial 'Barbie waist' surgery and the recent boob job, there was one cosmetic procedure she drew the line at

The surgery was performed by Bec's uncle, Dr Michael Zacharia, a renowned cosmetic surgeon and ENT specialist whose client list includes a roster of socialites and celebrities.
But while Bec is open to further surgery, there is one cosmetic procedure she draws the line at.
'I got offered a labiaplasty and said absolutely not. I already have a good situation there. I don't want that!' she told the Mail this week.
'I am only going to get elective surgery if I feel I really need it.'
