Luisa Zissman displayed her figure in a crop top while working up a sweat at a reformer Pilates class amid her crusade against 'skinny shaming'.
The Apprentice star, 39, took to Instagram on Monday as she got her exercise in to start the week and displayed her toned abs and legs in a matching light pink set.
Following a barrage of criticism last month, she hit back at the 'skinny shamers', as she raged about the fact that the NHS is being drained by obesity.
At the time she then quipped: 'Imagine I went round calling all of you biscuit-eating, McDonald's-loving, lazy people fatties'.
Soon after the row was reignited when she doubled down on her comments about fast food, saying on her LuAnna podcast: 'I think if you eat McDonald's and fast food, that means you're lazy.'
In her new post Luisa was enjoying her Monday morning as she said that 'sunshine, workouts and being alone' were bringing her joy.

After branding McDonald's breakfasts in particular as 'gross', her co-host Anna Williamson responded: 'Sometimes though Lu, a little sausage McMuffin in the morning hits the spot.'
But Luisa was having none of it, responding: 'It doesn't hit the spot, it's rank. It can't hit the spot, that cannot fuel you effectively for your day ahead.'
They captioned the clip: 'Sorry if you're eating your McFlurry.'
Luisa's opinion seemed to be unpopular with McDonald's enthusiasts who took to the comments to slam her for her 'rude and judgmental' comments.
They wrote: 'You don't have to eat everything for fuel, you can eat food for pure enjoyment, this mindset is disordered;

Despite being branded 'privileged' for her views, Luisa didn't address the backlash and instead took to social media to share some swimsuit-clad snaps
'I wish Luisa would try to get her point across in a less judgmental manner. She has such a superior attitude and is always so patronising;
'Coming from a rich person who doesn't work all hours under the sun and can hire a private chef; Are people that have personal chefs, nannies & cleaners lazy too?;
'It's so easy when you're talking from a place of privilege.; Use are really funny but it's getting a bit rude now.'
