Lindsay Lohan's stepmother Kate Major was arrested Tuesday for allegedly attacking her estranged spouse Michael Lohan - who claims she threw a knife at him.
Major, 43, was booked for assaulting a family/household member with a previous conviction following her arrest in Spring, Texas, per court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
She allegedly punched Michael in the face, leaving him with a bloody nose, sources claimed to TMZ.
Major had been at home for an exchange of their two sons, Landon, 13, and Logan, 11. (Michael is also father to four children with ex-wife Dina Lohan: Lindsay, 39, Michael Jr., 38, Aliana, 32, and Dakota, 29.)
She had been 'irate about being woken up' by Michael upon his arrival, insiders told the outlet, and 'things escalated quickly' into violence from there.
The Daily Mail has reached out to authorities in Spring, Texas, as well as both parties, for further comment on the story and has yet to hear back.

In a fiery exchange in the kitchen of the home, Major allegedly threw a steak knife in Lohan's direction.
Michael was unharmed by the flying knife, sources told the outlet, adding that 'it bounced off his chest.'
Police arrived at the scene and arrested Major, noting that she appeared to be intoxicated.
Conditional to her release, Major was ordered to undergo tests for alcohol use, as well as keep her distance from her estranged husband.
A judge set bail at $35,000 for Major on Tuesday night.
Major is set to appear in an arraignment on Thursday.
The latest incident comes more than a year after Lohan was arrested at the family's Spring, Texas home in connection with a felony assault.
In the February 2025 exchange, Major accused Michael of flipping her out of a chair she had been sitting in days before.
She told authorities the incident left her with injuries that caused her 'pain and discomfort.'

A spokesperson for the Harris County Sheriff's Department told the Daily Mail last year that Major flagged officers out of concern she was being followed by Michael.
He was subsequently charged with 'continuous violence against the family,' triggering a probation violation that kept him behind bars until October 2025.
'I'm thankful for my early release and being reunited with my boys,' Lohan told TMZ after he was freed. 'This should have never happened. It was wrong!
'As usual, there's a lot more to the story than what’s been reported. I'm just happy to be free and I'm sorry for the negative press it has caused my family.'
Michael and Major, a one-time entertainment reporter, exchanged vows in October 2014 in Hillsboro Beach, Florida, but Lindsay did not attend the nuptials.
The pair split in September of 2018 when Major told a Florida court that the marital union had been 'irretrievably broken,' as she asked for primary custody of their sons in addition to child support and alimony.
While the troubled tandem remain legally married, a source told TMZ in 2024 that 'they've been estranged for a few years now.'
