Lily Allen broke cover as she was spotted arriving at Euston Station on Sunday ahead of new tour, after the reason behind her BRIT Awards no show was revealed.
The songstress, 40, who was shockingly snubbed in all three categories, cut a low-key figure in a double-breasted coat while shielding her eyes behind shades.
Lily was reportedly due to travel to the star-studded ceremony in Manchester on Saturday but changed her mind at the last minute due to a cold.
According to The Sun, the singer opted instead to rest her voice ahead of the launch of Lily Allen: Performs West End Girl tour in Glasgow on Monday.
She previously told fans on Instagram that she had been under the weather and was doing all she could to be match fit for her very first show.
Daily Mail have contacted Lily's representatives for comment.

Despite the success of her new record, Lily's Album West End Girl failed to beat Olivia Dean in Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Best Pop Act categories.
The Not Fair hitmaker used the record to chronicle the collapse of her marriage to Stranger Things star David Harbour, 50.
In it, she shed a disarmingly honest light on her marital woes - from the discovery of her then husband David Harbour's 'P***y Palace' to his illicit relationship with 'Madeline' and alleged affairs.
Despite being nominated eight times previously, Lily skipped out on the evening all together.
Ahead of the night, insiders previously revealed that she could have been set for a very frosty welcome at the VIP enclosure in the Co-op Live Arena with Nicole Appleton's pals.
In her 2018 memoir, Lily included details of a booze-fuelled tryst with Oasis Liam Gallagher after the pair boarded a flight to Japan, where they were both scheduled to perform at the Fuji Rocks Festival in 2009.
Liam was just a year into his marriage with All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, 51, when they allegedly romped in the First Class section.
An insider told The Sun: 'The hypocrisy of Lily is absolutely staggering to anyone who has been in this industry long enough to remember what she did to Nicole.
'She is marching around like the patron saint of betrayed wives, soaking up all the sympathy and making a fortune off this revenge album.
'But she happily slept with a married man and then wrote a book bragging about it. Nicole's friends, who include some of the most influential executives and artists at the Brits tonight, have not forgotten.
'To them, Lily is nothing but a hypocritical b*** who is perfectly happy to profit from infidelity — just so long as she isn't the one being cheated on.'
