Kristen Bell will join the voice cast of “Sonic the Hedgehog 4” as Amy Rose, the pink creature with a major crush on the titular blue speedster.
Ben Schwartz provides the voice of Sonic in Paramount’s film franchise, while Idris Elba and Colleen O’Shaughnessey are behind his (anthropomorphic) pals Knuckles and Tails. Meanwhile in human form, Jim Carrey plays the hedgehog’s main antagonist Dr. Robotnik.
Schwartz shared the casting news on Instagram with the caption, “WE HAVE OUR AMY ROSE!!! And I could not be more excited!!! Please welcome the incredible @kristenanniebell to the @sonicmovie family!!!”
