Khloe Kardashian reveals she hasn't had sex in over four years as sister Kim advises her to follow her lead and 'recycle an ex'

Khloe Kardashian has confessed she hasn't had sex in over four years, and is in no rush to consider dating again.

The mom of two, 42, hasn't had a relationship since ending her on/off relationship with Tristan Thompson, the father of her two children, in December 2021.

During the series opener of the family reality show The Kardashians, Khloe was seen telling her incredulous friend, hair stylist Chris Appleton that she is 'proud' of herself for taking her time since the split.  

Filmed during a September 2025 trip to New York, Chris asked Khloe's older sister Kim who she is currently dating.

Whilst Kim remained coy, keeping her relationship with Lewis Hamilton to herself, Chris told her: 'Oh come on, it's been ages. What is this, Khloe part two?;

Turning his attentions to Khloe, the hair stylist asked: 'How long has it been? Just tell me you've had sex.'

'Nope. December four years,' Khloe said. 'Chris Appleton, he literally gets stunned every time he hears that I am still not sexually active. It's crazy,' she told the cameras in a confessional. 'He talks about this like I have leprosy.'

Kim meanwhile advised her sister to hook up with an ex boyfrined 'After like seven months I'll recycle,' she casually confessed.   

'My recycle list is such gutter. No one wants me to recycle my list. They are the bottom of the barrel,' responded Khloe. 

'I do worry about you Khloe,'' Chris continued. Kris Jenner replied, 'Why don't you sleep with her then?' Chris said he would, but Khloe wasn't as excited by the suggestion, insisting 'that's not what I am talking about.'

'Listen once you get past a certain point of not being sexually active, you do not think about it,' Khloe told Chris, who responded by telling Khloe's mom Kris 'we need an intervention, you probably have more sex than she does.' 

'Oh definitely. You would have to be dead not to have more action than Khloe,' pointed out Kris.  

Khloe explained why she was taking her time, telling the confessional: 'I can just have sex with people, I don't want to just do that. I feel so afraid to even consider dating someone right now, where just, like I don't want to.' 

'2022 It was such a different me, it was a darker me, I was sad. I remember how different my energy was because I was going through it with Tristan.' 

'I've changed so much in a better way and I am really proud of myself for taking my time and healing.'

'We can all recycle old boyfriends and hook up with people that shouldn't be in our lives, I haven't done any of that. I feel good about all those things.' 

'I think the goal for everyone is to find someone to grow old with but I'm not just going to force that.' 

The reality star had an on-and-off relationship with pro-basketball player Tristan Thompson between 2016 and 2021.

She finally broke it off after discovering her baby daddy had fathered a child with fitness model Maralee Nichols in December 2021.

Kardashian was previously married to NBA star Lamar Odom for about seven years until their divorce was finalized in 2016 amid rumors of his infidelity.
