Fitness entrepreneur Kayla Itsines has moved into the same Gold Coast neighbourhood as her ex, Tobi Pearce, six years after their break-up.
The co-founder of the hugely popular Sweat app, 34, and her husband, Jae Woodroffe, recently splashed $13million on a mansion in Mermaid Waters.
Located a mere three minutes away from Itsines is the waterfront property Pearce, 33, and his wife, Rachel Dillon, purchased in 2023 for $7.3million.
Itsines and Woodroffe undertook a wide search on the Gold Coast for a suitable home before settling on their new pad.
Boasting 81.5 metres of water frontage, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom resort-style home features a tennis court, infinity pool, cocktail bar, and a marble 'entertainment' terrace.
The property also includes a pontoon and boat shed directly on the water's edge.

Kayla – who has amassed more than 15 million followers online and is regarded as one of the world's most influential wellness personalities – said the process of finding the right home proved challenging.
'We struggled with the search initially, but since bringing the team at Cohen Handler on board we've built a really strong partnership,' she told Realestate.com.au.
'They've helped us access and secure the right properties at the right time. We're excited to continue working together as we grow our portfolio into the future.'
The purchase further expands the fitness entrepreneur's growing property empire.
In March 2024, she sold her renovated 1920s bungalow in the Adelaide suburb of Malvern, South Australia for a record $7.3million.
Kayla relocated to Queensland the same year, bringing her closer to former fiancé and business partner Tobi Pearce, with whom she shares daughter Arna.
She married Woodroffe in December 2023, and the couple also have a young son, Jax.
Pearce's nearby home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and offers stunning waterfront views.

The previous owners bought the property on the site in 2018 for a mere $1.07million.
After knocking down the original home on the waterfront holding, they constructed the current ultra-chic two-storey sprawl.
Highlights include an expansive open plan design, engineered oak flooring, vaulted ceilings and a light and airy holiday atmosphere.
There's also an outdoor kitchen, al fresco dining areas, a six-seat home cinema, a games room and a pontoon for access.
Itsines and Pearce first achieved global success through their Bikini Body Training guides before launching the Sweat fitness platform.
The pair sold the business to US–based company iFIT for more than $150million in 2021 before buying it back two years later.
It was a move that helped cement their personal fortunes, with each believed to be worth around $170million.
In November, Kayla's net worth was revealed in the Financial Review 2025 Young Rich List.
The influencer landed at number 40 on the Aussie line-up, with her fitness empire worth a whopping $176million.
She rang in the new financial year with a $5million increase to her worth, coming out on top as one of the wealthiest young fitness influencers Down Under.
