Katie Price's ex-husband Alex Reid has branded her surprise fourth wedding as 'irresponsible', after it was revealed the reality star tied the knot with Lee Andrews after just one week of dating.
The MMA fighter, 50, and the former glamour model, 47, also had a whirlwind wedding, going to Las Vegas to get married in 2010 after just seven months together, and only nine months after her divorce from first husband, Peter Andre.
However, 11 months after getting hitched they announced their split, with Katie saying at the time that she had married Alex 'too soon'.
Yet over the weekend, she shocked fans when she announced she'd tied the knot with entrepreneur Lee in Dubai, mere days after getting engaged and coming very quickly off the back of her split from MAFS star JJ Slater.
The mother-of-five's family are said to be 'horrified' by the news, after being reportedly left in the dark about the wedding, with a source telling the Daily Mail that they have not spoken to her since she walked down the aisle.
And now Alex has spoken out on his ex-wife's shock marriage, sharing his sympathies for her family and children, as well as for 'poor JJ'.

Speaking to the Mirror, he slammed her for committing to someone after only a week, declaring: 'It's irresponsible on your family and the children to marry someone you don't know.'
Reflecting his own whirlwind romance with Katie, he admitted that seven months was 'nowhere near enough time to know someone', but insisted his marriage vows 'meant something' to him and that he'd believed himself to be 'madly in love' at the time.
However, he now brands their marriage 'a pantomime' and 'a business deal', having learned 'what real love is' after meeting his fiancée Nikki Manashe and welcoming their three children.
Meanwhile, there have been a mounting number of questions pertaining to Lee's identity, with many of his outlandish claims about his business acumen and multimillion pound companies ringing false.
It has been claimed that he is a 'Walter Mitty' type fantasist, whose claims of rubbing shoulders with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian and having a PhD as well as being a 'global magnate and philanthropist' are a farce, and the images of him with high-profile stars little more than AI.
Giving his opinion on the matter, Alex said he hoped that Lee was the real deal and that he could 'help Katie pay her debts and be more accountable with money'.
He said: 'I genuinely wish the man good luck marrying her. I hope the marriage lasts longer than the court-ordered debts that she still owes me and to many others, demonstrating accountability and responsibility.
'He could be madly in love, good for him if he is. Or could he be doing it for publicity? Who knows. I hope he's in it for love and is a great moral influence – that would be nice.'

But in another dig at his ex-wife, he said he didn't see the marriage lasting, saying: 'Responsibility and trust are the foundation of a successful marriage and to this point, she hasn't shown any of her husbands she's capable of holding those values.'
While he also questioned where the couple were planning to live, with Lee being based in Dubai and Katie in the UK, adding: 'It's almost like she doesn't live in the real world.'
Katie connected with Lee, originally from Manchester, on social media, and said they bought their wedding rings - hers a diamond Cartier band - before they even met.
She told The Sun: 'How I met Lee was esoteric, we connected [by] both checking each others' socials and quickly realised "wow this is for me"…in the old fashioned way, first by words which captured us both.
'That evolved deeper as we connected further within days [getting] matching tattoos, and then both deciding to buy rings for the other.
'All this without even meeting, we let fate but you could [say] destiny decide. I'm just so happy with my person that is just as happy as I am. What we have, they haven't even invented the words.'
The TV personality added that Lee 'has the best version' of herself.
However, an insider close to the family has claimed they are 'completely horrified' by the news, with her mother Amy and five children - Harvey, 23, Junior, 20, Princess, 18, Jett, 12, and Bunny, 10 - all left completely in the dark about her wedding.

They told the publication: 'Kate's family are dumbstruck. To see she had got engaged after flying to Dubai – literally just after she had arrived was crazy.
'The fact she has now married him the following day is even more shocking. No one knows who Lee is, they know nothing about him.'
Katie landed back in the UK on Monday following the whirlwind wedding and told fans in an Instagram video she has 'lots to catch you up on'.
Lee, meanwhile, shared a picture of himself and Katie at their nuptials and wrote: 'We know the truth and that's what matters'.
He later doubled down on his claims about his so-called business accomplishments, by sharing images of his passport and business licence in an attempt in a bid to allay suspicion.
Further in his bid to silence naysayers, he then shared a video aimed further at those who claimed the newlyweds were wearing their rings on the wrong hands.
He said: 'Folks, folks, folks. Let me just do one think for you. Listen, I'm not a videographer and I'm not a photographer but this is my left hand...
'From where you guys are sitting because it's a reverse camera, it's the frontal camera, and you can give it a go on your iPhone or your Androids or whatever you've got, if you show your left hand to yourself on the camera with the camera facing you it will look like the right hand...
After the slew of videos, Lee then posted an image from their proposal and added the caption: 'Show me who can pull this off better than my gorgeous wife Katie P Andrews'

'I can assure you myself and my beautiful wife, both have the rings on the correct finger which is the left. She also has her engagement ring which is beautiful, I love you, I love you babe, and her wedding band. Our tattoos are on the right hand.'

Another of his professions of love included a video featuring the slogan: 'You have completely ruined me for anyone else. In the best way. I cannot even look at another person the way I look at you. You're it. End of story'.

As well as rose petals and tea lights spelling out 'Will you marry me' on the floor of the luxurious spa at the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, both women were presented with a bouquet of roses, wrapped in the same brown paper.
Alana is understood to have invested in one of Lee’s companies and later reportedly called off the engagement after growing suspicious of Lee’s intentions.
A source told The Sun of Katie: 'Her friends hope she's smart enough to question his motives.'
Katie's ninth engagement came just weeks after her split from MAFS UK star JJ after two years of dating, who is currently in Miami with his family while 'healing his broken heart'.

Sources told the Mail that he was always taken completely by surprise by the news she'd moved on so quickly.
Katie is said to have ended her romance with JJ, which began in February 2024, after realising she didn't see a future with him.
Insiders say cracks in their relationship had become 'too obvious to ignore' in recent months, despite Katie speaking of them potentially having a child and the pair spending Christmas together.
A source previously told the Daily Mail: 'Katie has had doubts for some time about whether JJ is husband material, but she hoped those concerns would fade.
'Instead, her fears only grew, and she's now accepted the relationship will not end with her walking down the aisle for a fourth time.
'JJ was left disappointed and has already packed his bags and moved back to his home in Essex. He genuinely saw a future with Katie, but it seems she ultimately had a very different outlook.'
The Real Husbands of Katie Price
In the decades since she first rose to fame, Katie Price has enjoyed – and quite likely endured – a decidedly busy love life that has seen her walk down the aisle three times before heading to divorce court in equal measure. Here's a look at the trio with whom she exchanged 'I dos'... and 'I don'ts':
PETER ANDRE (2005 - 2009)
The nation got to watch love blossom between the pair when they starred alongside one another on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here back in 2004. The flying sparks soon became nuptials, with blushing bride Katie and her erstwhile pop hunk beau tying the knot at Highclere Castle (the grand Berkshire estate of Downton Abbey fame) in September 2005. Katie, who was already mother to son Harvey (born in 2002 following a romance with former footballer Dwight Yorke), soon started a family with her new husband. The couple welcomed son Junior in 2005, while daughter Princess followed in 2007. Creation between the pair also came artistically, with the release of reality programmes, a failed talk show and a foray into the music world. However, after four years of securing their position as the Ken and Barbie of reality TV and glossy magazine deals, the pair announced in 2009 that they were going their separate ways.
ALEX REID (2010 - 2012)
Katie soon switched her romantic allegiance from a onetime ab-bearing pop heartthrob to musclebound MMA fighter Alex Reid. The two met at Michelle Heaton's 30th birthday party at London's Cafe de Paris. But shortly after they got together, Katie dumped Alex on live TV, only for him to win her back and the pair go from strength to strength. Weeks after proudly cheering her man on to a win on the 2010 edition of Celebrity Big Brother (also featuring none other than her ex-boyfriend Dane Bowers), Katie jetted off to Las Vegas to tie the knot with her new partner in February 2010 after just seven months of dating – and nine months after divorcing Peter. Following their Sin City sojourn, the pair returned to their native UK, where they had a formal ceremony – which was filmed for a TV series. However, after just 11 months of marriage, the pair announced they were splitting and their divorce was finalised in March 2012. While Katie declared at the time that she married Alex 'too soon', she would later go on to reveal that a major factor in their split was his cross-dressing alter-ego Roxanne.
KIERAN HAYLER (2013 - 2021)
Showing herself to be a true woman of the times, Katie embarked on a romance with former stripper Kieran after the two met on the now-defunct Blackberry Messenger service in 2012. And just two months after altering the paths of their lives via those thumb-tapped fateful opening messages, the twosome would go on to exchange nuptials in the Caribbean. Kieran proposed to a thrilled Katie on Christmas Day 2012, and just three weeks later, the pair would be pronounced husband and wife in the idyllic shores of the Bahamas on January 16, 2013. They had their marriage blessed in Weston-super Mare, and in the months that followed, it appeared that Katie had finally found her happily ever after. They welcomed son Jett in August 2013, and daughter Bunny in August 2014. But Katie's world came crashing down in 2014, when she discovered that Kieran had cheated on her with her close friend of 20 years, Jane Pountney, and was enjoying a fling with another of her pals, Chrissy Thomas. After publicly lashing out at all parties involved (and naming her pet pigs after her friends-turned-foes), Katie appeared determined to make things work when she renewed her vows with Kieran in 2015. But alas, it would not turn out to be third time lucky for Katie, as the pair split in 2018 amid even more cheating allegations. Their 'amicable' divorce was finalised in early 2021.
