Katie Price and Lee Andrews pack on the PDA as they saddle up on a horse ride in Dubai after being criticised by animal charity PETA

Katie Price and her husband Lee Andrews enjoyed a steamy PDA-packed horse riding session in Dubai last week - amid scandal over their new purchase.

The former glamour model, 48, has jetted to the UAE once again to see the self-professed businessman, who is fresh out of a jail stint for fraud and is yet to visit the UK to meet Katie's family and friends due to a reported flight ban.

Enjoying a unique date in the desert, horse lover Katie enjoyed a gallop alongside Lee in between steamy kisses and adoring gazes.

The star, who married Lee in January just days after meeting, wore a skin-tight black ensemble for the horse ride while Lee sported a white tee and covered his widely-discussed hair - or lack thereof - under a baseball cap.

The date comes after Katie was blasted by the animal charity PETA after she revealed she's splashed out £2,000 on a new puppy in Dubai.

The date comes after Katie was blasted by the animal charity PETA after she revealed she's splashed out £2,000 on a new puppy in Dubai

She revealed on Sunday that she and Lee Andrews signed paperwork to buy the male pomsky, despite coming under fire in the past over the deaths of a string of pets.

Katie's admission she'd purchased the dog came just days after she shared two of her cats had gone missing.

In a statement shared with the Daily Mail, PETA UK's Senior Vice President Mimi Bekhechi blasted the star for reaching a 'new low' in acquiring the pet, and repeated calls for Katie to be banned from owning animals.

Mimi said: 'Is there no low to which Katie Price will not stoop?

'While one of her cats, Doris, is reportedly still missing, instead of being worried sick and out searching for her, as any caring, responsible guardian would, she has flown to another country and acquired a new dog, as easily as one replaces a pair of socks.

'And a Pomsky of all animals, in the Dubai heat, to add insult to injury. How many animals have been lost, discarded, or have died under her so-called "care" before authorities ban her from keeping animals?

The couple could not tear themselves away from one another

'PETA's £5,000 offer for her to stop collecting animals still stands, and we implore her to take us up on it – for the sake of Doris, this puppy, and any other animals unfortunate enough to cross her path.'

PETA have previously offered Katie £5,000 to stop her from owning animals after her treatment of pets came under scrutiny, saying that 'things have gone horribly wrong with many of the animals under her supervision'.

Katie shared a video on Sunday that showed herself and Lee signing the contract to buy their new puppy.

The paperwork showed the pair paid 9,800 dirhams for it, which is approximately £2,000, and Katie gushed that she and Lee were now 'proud parents' to a baby boy.

In the video, Katie and Lee held hands as they signed the contract, and the star could be heard saying they have no children 'but this is our little boy'.

He has been accused of being a conman by several exes and was recently held in Al-Awir prison in Dubai.

Lee was detained due to fraud allegations, although he insists he was captured at gunpoint after being suspected of espionage.

Yet Lee has remained defiant, and on Friday he posted a selfie with Katie with the caption: 'Britain's bad boy Lee Andrews agrees to live TV lie detector test.'

Katie's newest addition to her animal comes just days after she admitted two of her several Sphynx cats - Eilleen and Doris - have disappeared from her home.

They ignored the controversy surrounding their relationship

Begging the suspected thief to return her pets, she said: 'I came to Dubai Wednesday and my cats were home Tuesday night, I live in a private area and my cats don't just disappear. Whoever has them, return them, they are my babies.'

She also wrote: 'My cat Eilleen has gone missing or stolen, please return her to Arun vets in Storrington West Sussex.'

Katie shared the same message but with Doris' picture and name.

Lee told a fan: 'I love dogs, I love cats, I love animals. So does Kate, so we share that empathy. She's got five Sphynxes actually. One has just passed away.

'Sorry, eight Sphynxes, five dogs. Eight Sphynxes, now seven, one passed away.'

He continued: 'Five horses, I've got two horses here in Dubai, she's got five in the UK, and she wants a new one, which I am going to have to sell a kidney for.

'Jokes. And two dogs, two dogs, seven cats, was eight, five horses.'

Katie welcomed three other bald cats into her home in October 2024, despite calls from animal charities for her to be banned from owning pets. At the time, she hit back at those who criticised her for owning animals after charity PETA offered her £5,000 to stop keeping pets.

Her treatment of animals has come under scrutiny after five dogs, a horse, and a chameleon all died while in her care - many of them in traffic accidents near her home in Sussex.
