Julia Louis-Dreyfus has booked her next big role.
The actress and comedian is set to star in a new Apple TV series adaptation, marking her first major series role after Veep. Louis-Dreyfus' best roles include comedies like Veep and Seinfeld, but has also expanded to the likes of sitcom The New Adventures of Old Christine and in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie Thunderbolts*.
Now, Variety reports that Louis-Dreyfus has been tapped to star in a limited series inspired by "The Nanny Squatter," a New York Magazine article written by Bindu Bansinath. She will star opposite Cecily strong in the miniseries, which is reportedly nearing the greenlight from Apple, and is expected to earn a series order.
