Jules Neale has made a thinly veiled dig at her ex-husband Lachie as she embarks on a new career as an influencer.

The former WAG, 36, shared a clip to Instagram promoting Elle Macpherson's WelleCo health supplements – and appeared to reference her split from the AFL star in the narration.

'I used to be religious about my WelleCo routine. And then I got a little distracted along the way,' Jules pointedly told her followers.

'I stopped showing up for myself the way I used to. But lately, I have been fighting my way back.

'There's just something really powerful about rebuilding your glow quietly.'

Jules added that she finally feels like herself again.

'Getting back into my @welleco routine has been such a simple change with a big impact. My mornings feel brighter, my days feel lighter and it feels like I’m choosing myself again,' she added in the caption.

It was the close of a very dramatic era for Jules and Lachie over the weekend, as their former family home sold at auction.

Following the couple's much-publicised split, they listed the home, located in the Brisbane suburb of Seven Hills, in January.

Lachie and Jules bought the five-bedroom house at auction for $2.43 million back in July 2022.

The pair made a tidy profit at Saturday's auction with the property changing hands for an impressive $3.2 million – $200,000 over the reserve.

It's reported the auction attracted between 60 to 70 people with 'fierce' bidding starting at $2.5 million.

While Lachie and Jules were not present on Saturday, auctioneer Justin Nickerson told the publication that all parties were 'happy' with the outcome.

The sale comes after Jules celebrated her 36th birthday on Friday.

She appeared to be having the time of her life without Lachie as she slipped into a stunning yellow dress and celebrated with friends.

Jules has moved back to Perth following the couple's split, taking their two young children, Piper, four, and Freddie, one, with her.

She recently shared a video montage which showed her moving forward.

One of the most telling parts of the video, which suggests Jules is truly healing, is footage of Lachie.

While reconciliation seems unlikely, she included a video clip of Lachie spending time with their two children.

It seemed to be a preview of what life will be like as single parents in the coming years and months.

Jules and Lachie split in November after she posted to Instagram that the Brisbane Lions star had 'betrayed [her] in the most unimaginable way'.

Lachie later admitted their split was a result of his actions, after rumours swirled about an affair with Jules' former friend Tess Crosley.

The footy player did not go into specifics, but admitted the couple had separated.

'I understand the interest in my personal life, but these are personal matters and I won't be answering any questions on that topic today,' he said.

'I can confirm, though with regret, that Jules and I have now separated.

'While I won't go into specifics I can say that I have let my family down and I apologise for my actions that have let down those that are closest to me. For that I am deeply sorry.'
