Jessica Biel Unveils Workout Routine—and Justin Timberlake Has Hilariously Relatable Reaction

Jessica Biel has a bleeding heart when it comes to her kids.

And that’s why the Bleeding Heart actress—who shares sons Silas, 11, and Phineas, 5, with husband Justin Timberlake—wishes she could bring them wherever she goes.

In fact, when it comes to something—or someone—she wishes she could “shrink down and keep in my pocket all day,” her and Timberlake’s little ones will always come in first place.

“My kids!” she exclusively told E! News at Comic-Con 2026. “That would be great if they could just hang out right in a pocket, hanging with me all day long.”

But her Matchbox costars—including John Cena, Sam Richardson and Arturo Castro—are close contenders, noting they’re “the most fun” to work with.

“We just had a good time and they’re so lovely and such team players,” she said of working with her costars on the film, which is set to hit theaters October 9. “And it was just a joy, honestly. It was like not a bad egg in the bunch.”

Though it’s not often that Biel, 44, shares a glimpse into her personal life, she recently revealed that she’s not the only one who wishes she could be with her boys until the end of time.

After all, her sweet Father’s Day tribute for Timberlake, 45, proved there ain’t another man who could take his spot when it comes to dad duty.

“Happy Father’s Day to the dad who is always ALL in,” she captioned a June 21 Instagram post. “The one who turns ordinary moments into adventures and bedtime into comedy hour. The dad who is not afraid of the tears, the tender, quiet times, or the hard conversations.”

“Watching you be a father is one of my favorite things,” she added. “Our boys are so lucky to call you Dad.”

Indeed, the love Timberlake has for his boys would make anyone cry a river.

“Every year this day rolls around and reminds me how lucky I am to be a father, watching my sons grow into who they are is life’s greatest gift,” Timberlake wrote in a June 21 Instagram post featuring snaps of his kids. “Love you two more than you’ll ever know.”
