Jessica Alba ditches toyboy Danny Ramirez as she enjoys dinner with kids at Beverly Hills hotspot

Jessica Alba ditched her boyfriend Danny Ramirez as she enjoyed a lowkey night out with her children in Beverly Hills this week. 

The 45-year-old actress, who was recently spotted on set of the 13 Going On 30 reboot, grabbed dinner with her three kids as they stopped by the hotspot Funke on Monday. 

The Fantastic Four star shares Honor, 18, Haven, 15, and Hayes, eight, with ex-husband Cash Warren, whom she was married to from 2008 until their split news came to light in early 2025. 

Alba was stylishly casual wearing a light gray, one shoulder top as well as a pair of classic blue jeans. 

She additionally slipped into a pair of open-toed, silver heels and carried a black Fendi purse over the crook of her arm. 

Her long brunette locks were parted in the middle and flowed down past her shoulders in light waves. 

Alba accessorized the outfit with a pair of large, hooped earrings as well as a few flashy necklaces. 

A warm blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow while a nude-colored glossy tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch. 

The actress was seen strolling towards the eatery while holding hands with her youngest child who flashed a cheerful smile. 

Her daughters Honor and Haven were also spotted outside of the crowded restaurant amid the nighttime excursion with their famous mom. 

At one point, the Honey star paused to greet awaiting fans and sign autographs before leaving Funke. 

Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Alba for comment, but has yet to hear back. 

She shares her three children with ex Cash Warren, whom she announced her split from in January 2025 following 16 years of marriage. 

The former couple's divorce was officially finalized earlier this year in February. 

Alba and Warren did not sign a prenup before tying the knot and have agreed not to pay each other alimony.

The pair also share joint custody of their children, per the divorce settlement. Warren will also receive a $3 million payout as part of the division of their assets, with half already being paid to him in February. The other half will be paid in 2027. 

Alba has since been romantically linked to new boyfriend and fellow actor Danny Ramirez. 

The couple were first linked last year in July 2025 after the pair spent time together during a getaway to Mexico.

That same month, a source told People that the pair's relationship was just 'casual.'

'She's been testing the waters with Danny. It's still casual, but there is a connection,' the insider added.

The stars continued to be spotted on various public outings such as in NYC. A few months later in October, they made their red carpet debut at the Mill Valley Film Festival alongside other friends. 

Alba and Ramirez went Instagram official as they cozied up together in photos as they attended the Baby2Baby Gala in November.

Back in March of this year, Alba and Ramirez whisked themselves away to another relaxing getaway to Mexico.

The following month, the lovebirds shared a kiss during a lowkey date night in Los Angeles, with her youngest child also accompanying the pair. 

In May, the two stars cozied up as the actress celebrated her 45th birthday at the upscale restaurant Papi Steak in Miami. 

And in June, Ramirez joined Alba as her daughter Honor rang in her milestone 18th birthday in Beverly Hills. 

Last month in July, the couple attended Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's star-studded wedding at Madison Square Garden in NYC. 

The actress jumped to her Instagram account to give fans a glimpse at their glamorous looks for the nuptials. 

Alba uploaded a selfie as the actor, who is known for his roles in projects such as Top Gun: Maverick, laid a gentle kiss on her head. 

Also in July, the mom-of-three and Ramirez attended the FIFA World Cup Final in New Jersey. 

The pair were seen sitting next to each other in the stands as they watched the match between Spain and Argentina. 

During downtime amid their busy schedules, the couple have also been enjoying the summer season and whisked themselves away for an Italian vacation. 

The actress flaunted her toned figure by donning a skimpy bikini as she posed for loved-up selfies with Ramirez.  

Alba has been keeping busy and was recently seen on set of the upcoming 13 Going On 30 reboot.

Details of her role in the project are being kept under wraps, but she had been joined by eldest daughter Honor as they strolled on set together.
