Jessica Alba, 45, seems to be getting very serious with beau Danny Ramirez, 33, as they dine with her kids

Jessica Alba celebrated her 45th birthday on Tuesday and rang in the big day with a special Instagram post.

The Fantastic Four actress, who recently grabbed coffee with a Bachelor star's husband in Los Angeles, spent time with her children as well as close friends as she turned one year older.

The star was also joined by her much-younger boyfriend Danny Ramirez, 33, during the festivities and she notably gave a sweet shout to her 'love.'

In one image, Alba took part in a lighthearted birthday dinner with her loved ones and pals. 

She could be seen flashing a cheerful smile as she stood next to Ramirez while her three kids sat near the table in front of her. It also appears to be the first time her beau and children were pictured in the same photo on social media. 

Alba shares Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, eight, with ex-husband Cash Warren. The former couple's divorce was finalized just two months earlier in February. 

The Hollywood actress was also accompanied by her father Mark, mother Catherine and brother Joshua in the black-and-white photo. 

During the dinner, Alba reflected on 'how fortunate' she is in regards to her 'incredible' children. 

In a short reel, she could be seen addressing the fellow guests and added, 'I feel like if I was blessed with anything by God, it was these incredible human beings that have taught me so much about why. 

'Why life happens and what it's all about and what really matters. It also gives me a lot of gratitude for my parents.' 

She continued, 'And there isn't a playbook. There is no way to really know how to navigate life or kids or career or dreams or passions other than just trying to do your best.' 

The actress concluded her speech by thanking both of her parents. 

Alba donned a sleeveless black ensemble for the birthday dinner and a large cake covered with white sugary icing was placed in front of her. 

The star also indulged in another tasty treat as she spent time at what appeared to be the Beverly Hills Hotel with friends. 

A small slice of chocolate cake was placed in front of her while a lit candle was placed on top. 

In a separate slide, Alba was filmed making a wish before blowing out the candle.

She was stylishly casual wearing a white satin top as well as a dark brown blazer and gold-hooped earrings. 

The actress included a variety of throwback images of herself from over the years as well as inspiration quotes. 

One read from We The Urban: 'What a privilege it is to age. What a blessing. What a miracle.'

Another was a definition of liminal which is: 'The space between what was and what's next - a threshold of change, stillness, and becoming, where endings and beginnings blur, and something quiet waits to unfold.'

In the caption of her Instagram carousel, the star wrote, 'Another trip around the sun - and somehow softer, stronger, more myself than I've ever been.' 

She further reflected on the past 'beautiful' year and said she is stepping 'into this next year with more grace, more joy, more gratitude, and a deeper love for the people who make my life mine.

'My family. My three babies - my whole heart. My soul sisters - my chosen family. You make everything brighter.' 

Alba then gave a special shout out to Ramirez, whom she was first romantically linked to last year.

'My love - every day with you is a gift. Thank you all for loving me through every chapter,' she wrote. 

In conclusion, the actress expressed she is filled with 'gratitude' and 'excitement' for  'all the magic still ahead.' 

And on her Instagram stories, she reposted birthday messages from close pals and A-list friends, including one from her beau. 

Ramirez had shared a picture as he planted a loving kiss on her cheek, causing her to flash a big smile. In text added towards the top, the Top Gun: Maverick actor typed, 'Happy birthday mi amor @jessicaalba.' 

Alba and Ramirez were first linked last year in July 2025 after the pair spent time together during a getaway to Mexico. 

That same month, a source told People that the pair's relationship was just 'casual.' 

'She's been testing the waters with Danny. It's still casual, but there is a connection,' the insider added. 

The stars continued to be spotted on various public outings such as in NYC. A few months later in October, they made their red carpet debut at the Mill Valley Film Festival alongside other friends. 

The couple went Instagram official as they cozied up together in photos as they attended the Baby2Baby Gala in November. 

And just last month, Alba and Ramirez whisked themselves away to another relaxing getaway to Mexico. 

Nearly two weeks earlier, the lovebirds shared a kiss during a lowkey date night in Los Angeles, with her youngest child also accompanying the pair. 

Alba announced her split from Cash Warren in January 2025 and filed for divorce the following month after 16 years of marriage. It was officially finalized in February of this year.

The former couple did not sign a prenup before tying the knot and have agreed not to pay each other alimony.

Alba and Warren will share joint custody of their children. He will also receive a $3 million payout as part of the division of their assets, with half already being paid to him in February.
