RHONJ's Dolores Catania Is Engaged: Why Fiancé Paul Connell Proposed at an Apple Store
Frank Catania Jr. is officially off the market.
The eldest son of The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Dolores Catania and ex Frank Catania married Nicole Perricho on Aug. 1 in a lavish wedding set against Portugal's stunning Douro Valley.
"Nicole’s family is from Portugal, and her roots here run deep," Frank Jr.—nicknamed Frankie by his family—told People in an interview published Aug. 2. "We’ve been coming here every summer since we started dating, so it already felt like home to us. I couldn’t think of a more beautiful place to begin our marriage."
Frankie, 27, and Nicole, 31, told the outlet they wanted their "relaxed, elegant and effortlessly romantic" nuptials to feel like an "authentic celebration in the heart of wine country," which is why they settled on Douro Valley's The Vintage House for their venue.
After exchanging vows and saying "I do" at a local church, the newlyweds celebrated with friends and family during a reception with a dinner featuring classic Portuguese dishes.
The meal culminated with the couple cutting into a four-tier vanilla cake.
For the ceremony, Frank Jr. donned a chic tan suit and tie while the bride opted for a long-sleeved, white lace gown that featured a flowing train. Nicole completed her stunning wedding day look with a bouquet of white flowers, white heels and her brunette hair up in a bun under her white lace veil.

Staying true to Housewives form, Dolores—who was accompanied by fiancé Paul Connell for the big day—looked radiant in a light green halter dress with an oversized flower petal design on her bodice. Dolores, also mom to Gabby Catania, 30, congratulated her son and new daughter-in-law on their "beautiful fairytale wedding" on Instagram Stories.
Once it came time to party, Nicole revealed a sleeveless, strapless version of her dress that allowed her the freedom to let loose while dancing the night away.
As the couple explained to People, "For the reception, we wanted an energetic D.J. who could keep everyone on the dance floor with a mix of early 2000s music. We also had a projector playing scenes from Miami Vice throughout the reception. It’s one of our favorite shows to watch together, and it was a fun little detail that made the celebration feel even more like us."

Ultimately, Frankie and Nicole settled on Bruno Mars' "Risk It All" for their first dance as husband and wife.
"The lyrics really spoke to us and perfectly captured how we feel about our relationship," they told the outlet, "and the commitment we’re making to each other."
