Kenny has a collection of nonsense missions you must solve if you want to earn all Memberberries in Fortnite’s South Park event. One of these quests is Mphmmph mhhmmmph, and the only information you’re given alongside it mentions using a ninja star.
The true nature of all Kenny quests is hidden, but most of the tasks you need to tackle for them are fairly simple to work through once you understand what they’re asking. This quest is one such case, so if it has you stumped, here’s how to use your ninja star in Fortnite.
How to complete Mphmmph mhhmmmph quest in Fortnite

All of the missions in the Kenny quest series must be decoded, as they’re originally gibberish with a few vague hints to point you in the right direction.
Use your ninja star in Fortnite
To use your ninja star for the Mphmmph mhhmmmph quest, you need to hit a total of 10 headshots. This quest can be a bit of a tough one to get done, as it requires immense precision and careful shooting.
For this mission, you can execute headshots against any enemies you encounter, including both other players and NPCs like Human Bill. It’s generally best to focus this task on NPCs rather than enemy players, as their aim tends to be terrible, which allows you a lot more time and space to carefully line up your shots. NPC bosses also have henchmen with them, granting you access to three targets you can work on headshotting.
Regardless of how you choose to tackle this task, there’s a decent chance it may take you a few rounds to get it done. 10 headshots are a lot, so even if you engage in combat frequently, you may not get them done in just one round.
Luckily, your progress tracks across rounds, so you have as much time as you need to finish this quest. It’s generally best not to focus too much on this mission and instead work on progressing through it in the background as you play naturally, since it’s bound to happen on its own as long as you’re aiming carefully.

With this tricky task now complete, you can move on to working through other key Born in Chaos event quests. If you’re not sure where to start, there are plenty of additional Kenny quests to decode if you want to earn a precious Memberberry.
