The Saltwater Cambozo mission in Mouse: P.I. For Hire is one of the most secret-dense levels in the entire game. For one thing, there are a couple of Side Jobs to finish, plenty of hidden collectibles to uncover, and, to top it off, leads on the big case that you are investigating in the first place. Therefore, it's quite easy to completely miss that this level also has a secret achievement, because the game never hints that it exists in the first place!
It's far from the only achievement in the FPS game tied to a very specific action that's entirely missable if you don't know you're looking for it. For example, the Herr Flick of the Wrist achievement requires that you talk to an agitator when he appears during the campaign (you won't miss him). This one, though, happens about halfway through the campaign. You can find out where the Saltwater Cambozo level happens in the Mouse: P.I. For Hire mission list, but once you reach it, getting it isn't as obvious as you'd think.

Yes, we're aware it looks nothing like a shark, but it has far more in common with a giant sea bass.
