Karl Stefanovic's relationship with his chief podcast producer Keshnee Kemp 'irretrievably broke down' after the former TV star parted ways with the Nine Network over his interview with British right-wing activist Tommy Robinson.
The Daily Mail can reveal that Stefanovic is locked out from the Karl Stefanovic Show's social media channels, including Instagram and YouTube, in the wake of the spectacular breakdown of his relationship with Kemp.
Meanwhile, the dispute over the podcast has apparently claimed the lifelong friendship of Stefanovic's wife, Jasmine, and Kemp.
The pair grew up together in Queensland and remained close friends for decades. But they no longer follow each other on Instagram.
Kemp, a former magazine editor and Woolworths digital content chief, was so close to Karl and Jasmine that she negotiated the media rights for Karl and Jasmine's lavish 2018 wedding in Los Cabos - one of the biggest exclusives in Australian publishing.
But going into business together appears to have proven fatal to their relationship. Kemp on Monday took legal action to prevent Stefanovic, 52, from removing her as a director of their company, 123 Podcast Pty Ltd.

Justice David 'the Hammer' Hammerschlag - the chief judge of the NSW Supreme Court's equity division - heard details of the lawsuit during a brief hearing on Tuesday morning.
Karl Stefanovic and Kemp are joint major shareholders in the company, each holding an equal 45 per cent of the business, which was registered in February.
Anthony Bell, Stefanovic's long-time accountant, business adviser and friend, holds the remaining 10 per cent. He is not involved in the dispute.
Documents filed to the Supreme Court allege conduct from Stefanovic that was 'oppressive, unfairly prejudicial or … discriminatory' and demanded that the TV star buy back all the shares at a value that hadn't suffered any loss since 'the conduct' which was the subject of the proceedings.
Justice Hammerschlag said that 'to wind the company up on just and equitable basis … there should be a buy-up'.
But there was a question over who would evaluate the worth of the company, and Stefanovic's counsel Samuel Murray argued that the company should not be valued after August 7.
The court heard that was 'before the majority of conduct complained about' had occurred.

His Honour said the two parties would have to agree on an expert to make a joint decision about the valuation of the company.
Justice Hammerschlag set down a hearing for October 13, but said that if the parties wanted to meanwhile attend 'some sort of mediation, I'm happy to do that. If you can't agree you can come back.'
The dispute reportedly comes after Stefanovic allegedly told Kemp he wanted to take control of the podcast venture she had helped establish and invested her own money into.
It remains unclear how much money the podcast was generating before it went on hiatus on August 24, when buyout negotiations between the founding shareholders stalled.
The Karl Stefanovic Show had amassed 215,000 YouTube subscribers last week and attracted sponsors including Rode microphones, wellness brand Revive5 and wagering company Neds.
Clothing company Ringers Western, which was also a sponsor, walked away from the podcast earlier this month. The podcast was, until recently, the top 'news' podcast on Apple's charts.
Outside of court, it seems members of Jasmine's family may also be taking sides.
Her younger brother Josh Yarbrough has 'liked' a post by feminist activist group Mad F***ing Witches which was critical of his brother-in-law amid the increasingly acrimonious dispute.
