As fashion and entertainment lean heavily into the decade’s revival, the hairstyle once deemed "cheugy" and outdated is reemerging as a red carpet staple.
E! spoke with celebrity hairstylist and The Beachwaver Co. CEO and co-founder Sarah Potempa about the nature of trends—and why this PARTicular hair look is resonating again.
