But three years after she opened the ITV show with the question - after her former best friend Phillip Schofield's exited the ITV programme amid his confession he had an affair with a much young collage - she managed to poke fun at herself

'Oh God! Are you okay?' he repeated.

'Not again! That's my line!' Holly exclaimed, as the trio erupted into laughter.

Alan added: 'I'm stealing your catchphrase.'

Holly then admitted that she had become so conscious of the question that even everyday conversations presented a problem.

When Lee asked whether it haunted her, she replied: 'I swear to God, really basic everyday stuff, like 'Are you okay?' which you say every day. And I now can't say it. It's got to stop.'

'Are you alright? How are you doing? I've thought of all the different versions of this,' she added.

She also revealed how people panic when they realise they have asked her the same question and she has to reassure them 'it is okay'.

The light-hearted exchange, which features in Friday's instalment of Holly's series Together, comes more than three years after she delivered the now-famous speech to This Morning viewers.

Opening the programme after two weeks away, she addressed viewers with the words: 'Firstly, are you okay? I hope so. It feels very strange indeed sitting here without Phil.'

Speaking to the Daily Mail's Katie Hind, seven months after she revealed the project, Holly revealed she was not worried about the reaction to her new show.

She said: 'I know I'm not everyone's cup of tea. I know that and that's fine. I don't want to try to convince people if they don't want to watch.'

Referring to her stalking ordeal, she added: 'I don't fear what people think. I've had real fear, I know what that's like. Your perspective changes after something like that.'
