Holly Ramsay has shared the tips her parents Gordon and Tana have given her for a successful marriage with husband Adam Peaty

The influencer, 26, and the Olympic swimmer, 31, tied the knot in a lavish ceremony on December 27, 2025 at the historic Bath Abbey followed by a reception at Kin House in the countryside.

Now, Holly has revealed the advice her parents, who have been married 29 years, have given her as she gushed, 'they are so supportive'.

Speaking at Gordon's new Krude olive oil launch party, Holly was asked, 'What advice have your parents given you for a successful marriage?'

She exclusively told the Daily Mail: ‘Oh my goodness, have fun, all the time just have fun. Work hard and play hard and just having a happy home.'

Holly added: 'Mum and dad are so supportive with what we all do and especially working in beauty and fashion it’s so fun sharing my clothes with my sisters and Mum.'

It comes after Holly and Adam shared a birthday tribute to his sister Bethany earlier this month, just days after snubbing his grandmother's 84th.

The Olympic swimmer has been locked in a feud with his estranged family since it was revealed in November that Adam had banned his mother Caroline and father Mark, from his December wedding to Holly.

Adam's sister Bethany was the only member of his family who attended his wedding last year, with the carer herself saying she's divided in her loyalties between her brother and her parents. You can read the full interview here.

But the swimmer and his wife still shared a message for Bethany on her birthday, with Adam posting a snap with her while they attended a party together.

Adam captioned the post: 'Happy Birthday sister.'

Holly shared her own collection of snaps with Adam, writing: 'Happy birthday to the best sister-in-law! @b_peaty.'

Adam is said to have left beloved grandmother Mavis Williams 'bewildered and saddened' amid claims he snubbed her on her 84th birthday earlier this month.

Her birthday came just days after publicly marking Holly Ramsay's brother Oscar turning seven.

Amid the Olympian's ongoing estrangement from his family, he failed to acknowledge his grandmother - famously dubbed 'Olympic Nan' for her unwavering support for him during his victory in the 2016 Rio Games.

Maternal grandmother Mavis celebrated the occasion quietly at home with her daughter and Adam's mum Caroline by her side.

A source told the Daily Mail: 'There was no card, present, text from Adam wishing his nan happy birthday - absolutely nothing.

'He can post a happy birthday to Holly's brother Oscar five days ago but not his own nan. It is shameful really.'

The insider added: 'How could he ignore his 84-year-old nan who has only ever loved and supported him. She is quite bewildered by it. What has his nan done wrong? It is very sad.

'He and Holly have totally gaslighted Caroline's mum, his so called 'Olympic Nan'. They didn't even send her a Christmas card or text, and now nothing for her birthday, just silence.

Mavis went viral for her support of Adam at the 2021 Olympics, which saw him take home two gold medals, with #OlympicNan trending on X.

Her own account's bio boasts 'Proud Nan to a World Champion Breaststroker but has not been active since 2024.

Despite failing to mark his grandmother's big day, Adam shared a sweet happy birthday tribute to his younger brother-in-law Oscar, who turned seven.

Earlier this year, the Ramsays unveiled their new six-part documentary, which follows Gordon's journey in opening new restaurants at London's Bishopsgate, and features a brief clip of Adam and Holly's engagement party.

Prior to the documentary's release, Caroline demanded that she be removed from the footage, even though she was seen in a fleeting scene.

Since the documentary was unveiled, Gordon revealed Adam's new moniker for him, saying: 'He calls me dad. He messaged me and said, 'Hey dad, what have you got? Hey dad, are you around later?' And it's just like, 'Oh my God'. Incredible.'
